I just fired this organization after three weeks of begging for wound care supplies which are costing me over $ 300 per WEEK to purchase. According to IEHP, VNA is supposed to bring all the necessary supplies, yet not once have they brought me enough to cover a single day’s necessary medical supplies. When they did bring me two bags full of supplies, they must have been for another patient, because the only thing I could use was 6 twin-​packs of cotton-​tipped sterile applicators. I sent the rest back. The nurses are very pleasant, but nice doesn’t make for good wound care. They moved from their Banning, California location last weekend, and are now located in Redlands.
