Many other reviews stated unethical issues with selling hotspot hardware(i.e., Jet Pack) to people who don’t really need them. My father(79 years old) purchased a simple flip phone and also somehow ended up with a Jet Pack which he has never had a need for — in fact does not even have in his possession. Unfortunately, we(the kids) did not know about this add-on to their monthly bill($ 10 access) until several months after he got it. I attempted to reason with their staff who escalated to their store manager(Juan) who simply said, «No!». All I asked for was for them to cancel the contract w/o penalty. This group preys upon the elderly and they get away with it. Our family will pursue justice against this group of predators.

DONOTGOHERE!!! they are liars! they make you think you’re paying $ 100 towards your phone and you get free accessories when in reality that $ 100 is for your accessories!!! they will also push a hotspot that you don’t even need. on top of all this, they make you pay over the retail price on your phones, put you on a contract with ridiculous etf amounts, and threaten restocking fees on any returns. it’s too late for me, I’m stuck. please save yourselves!!! don’t say I didn’t warn you!!!

I’ve unfortunately had to use this location twice due to being the only one in the area. Wait time is terrible even when there is only 2 people there. The other associates sit there on the phone and look at you or «act» like they are doing something else. I waited almost 3 hours once before with 3 associates there and only 2 other people. Same guy, I forget his name, sits there and watches the other people work. My fiancé asked if he was busy because at this point we had our infant with us who was getting restless due to already waiting almost 3 hours and he said to him«yes I am,» and continued to look down on his phone. This last time I was told I could receive a hot spot free of charge and only have to pay taxes for a promotion that the store was doing and it was, according to them,” 0 a month. I am getting charged 10/mo and am now under contract. Thanks. Also during this visit they changed something on my bill(to their benefit) and the when I called customer service I was told that I was charged an overage charge due to them in correctly changing a feature and she felt bad so credited me back. Otherwise had I not checked I would have just paid and never known while the employee was given«credit» for something done wrong. I would honestly avoid the location. While its nice and clean there is nothing honest about SOME of their employees. And luckily I have moved out the area and go to the Victoria Gardens location which is heaven compared to this other one.

Wow bad reviews alright. I’ve been here for over an hour and just got help and there was only one person in front of me. The reps are slow & unprofessional. As he was helping me with my transaction he was texting someone and laughing. «I asked him, are we done yet?» He said no. Ok get off your phone! Terrible service. That’s why I’m with AT&T hehe. And no wonder the store looks so empty! Bad service.

Stay away from this store they lie to you. I meet Fernando at the LA county fair couple week ago. I stop to ask him how much will it be for 4 lines. He asked me what do I pay now I told him $ 200 he said he could beat that n told me $ 175 with tax n 4 lines. Sound good so I told him let started the process he said okay. Fernando asked me for my S. S # I asked him are you going to run my credit he said no. Verizon just need it for billing purpose. I said okay I asked him again are you sure you are not running my credit he said«NO». My husband asked again are you sure he said yes I’m sure. Well after all that I got an alert that credit was ran by Verizon. He throw in a Hotspot. N my daughter won a tablet he never mention to me that he adding 2 more numbers to my contracted. So know I have 6 numbers. Fernando never mention to me not once that he was adding 2 numbers. Well we where done with business. what was also unprofessional was that he told one of the other guy there that he was giving him all the commission. Really people how could you say that in front of customers. On Tuesday I called Verizon to find out my monthly charge something didn’t seem right to me. We come to find out my bill was $ 308 n found out that now we have 6 numbers. I called Fernando to find out what did he do. Not only did he run my credit with out my permission. He lied to me about the monthly payments. Fernando told me I could give you a discount of $ 20 I told him okay I’ll take the tablet n the hotspot back how much will that save me said well that how I was giving you $ 20 off because of the hotspot an the tablet. He said he was trying to help me. I returned the hotspot n tablet but the bill is still over $ 275. I called Fernando that I need his district manager name n number. He never give me the information. I text him to ask him the owner n district manager number. He text me back but didn’t give me no information. I text him how could he sleep knowing he lying to people. We I called him today n i also text him come to find out he block my number. So my point to all this is stay away they don’t care they just worry about commission n not about their customers. Will be returning all there phone back. I will be filing a complaint with the Credit report. Because he didn’t have my permission to run my credit. I wish I could give them a ZERO

A lot of these negative reviews are from the old Verizon plus store that use to be here. This location re opened about a month ago as a wireless store. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Plus I didn’t have to wait an exaggerated amount of time to be helped. I will definitely be coming back to this location for now on.

Terrible store. Waiting in line for about 45 minutes. Had some hispanic guy help me that was chewing his gum so loudly with his mouth open I could barely hear/understand what he was saying. Extremely unprofessional. I went here to pick up a new box for my Verizon Fios service. When I was at the store I noticed the box they gave me was dirty and scratched up. The told me all the have is «refurbished» boxes and don’t worry they check everything. Suprise suprise I get home and the box doesn’t work. I call Verizon and troubleshoot it for them to tell me they are sending me out a new box and will include a return label for this box. Don’t waste your time just order from Verizon this place is a joke. Customer service is a joke. Wait lines are terrible.
