Went in yesterday and got my hair color done by London. He was very friendly and asked the right questions to better understand what I wanted done. I love the result and the atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back!

I showed up for my appointment with my newborn in tow (asleep in her stroller). and was told I couldn’t be served because they don’t allow children. I exclusively nurse her so leaving her with someone is not an option. Not for breastfeeding mothers at all. I left disappointed and in search for another (nursing friendly) salon to take my business.

Best salon ever! Tresa has been doing my hair for over 15 years. Everyone at the salon is professional and I highly recommend it!

A great hair dresser and a great salon are hard to find, but when you’re lucky enough to find both, it’s a true blessing! This salon is perfect, always clean and I’m greeted with a smile each time I walk in. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.
I get my hair done by London Flores and I highly recommend him to everyone! He does the best job at highlighting my hair. I’ve never had any type of brassiness and he knows what colors to use to bring out the best in me. The cut and colors are very natural and beautiful. He takes the time to listen to what I’m looking for in a hair style and gets it perfect every time. I’ll be coming back to The Rose of Sharon and to London Flores again and again, because it’s always a pleasure to see him and the energy of the salon is inviting.

I highly recommend **Whitely** for any of your «blonde» or «lightening» needs. I went in for a consultation and scheduled my appt for about a week later. The price quote was reasonable and actually right on point of what it actually came out to. She paid attention to detail and got my hair to the lightest blonde with no breakage! The salon is nice with a friendly atmosphere amongst all the stylists. Another stylist Bri went out of her way and offered me something to drink. Very comfortable and welcoming salon!

I got my hair cut here a week ago. What a lovely experience! The staff was warm and friendly upon check-​in and check-​out, and I was offered a beverage (I chose delicious Aveda tea.) I must sing the praises of my new stylist, London. He gave me an awesome scalp massage with my shampoo, and then really took the time to get to know my hair and what I was looking for before he got going with any tools. I had a lot of hair cut off, and he did an awesome job! I found out he is specially trained with the razor scissors, which is awesome for me because my ridiculous mane really needed to be thinned out. He answered all my questions and asked me some as well to ensure that I’d know how to recreate the style when I left the salon. Seriously the best haircut I’ve had in years! Yaay, this girl is happy! :D I will definitely be returning.

This review is long overdue! A few months back, I was pressed for time and had the chance opportunity to book a last minute appointment to have my hair cut. I trust that this salon has quality hair professionals so I was confident that whomever it was that did my hair, I would be in good hands. I had the pleasure to have my hair cut & styled by Breanna and was hugely satisfied with the outcome. Her delightful personality made for such a nice experience :) I’m happy to know that if I ever book another «crunch-​time» appointment and have someone new work on me, I would be sure to exit the salon all smiles!

I LOVE this place! Although I had 1 bad experience with 1 stylist, after that I switched to Stephanie who is always amazing. Very nice, friendly and always does a great job so I highly recommend her! :-)

Such a great atmosphere! Everyone is so welcoming and the salon is very clean. Always keeping stylist up to date on new and upcoming trends.

I took my 12 year old daughter here today to get her hair cut. She had an appointment with Alexis. We were greeted kindly when we came in and Alexis was right on time. She really took the time to understand what my daughter wanted and was very sweet to her (even giving her a hug when we left.) My daughter was very nervous about cutting her hair short and Alexis was so patient and understanding of that. Alexis is our new go to girl. I’ll be returning for myself as well!

Absolutely love this place. Bree gave me a fantastic cut and highlights several months ago and I am going to see her later today. I really liked how she understood that I wanted very natural highlights and not streaks in my hair. My cut has lasted for about three months now and still looks pretty decent.

Stephanie is such an amazing stylist! She always does my hair the way that I like it. No other stylist that I have had compares to her. The salon is very nice and I always have a great experience when I go.

Always go to Stephanie! She is so nice and awesome. There are always going to be un happy customers… bc no one is every happy with everything. People always have to find SOMETHING to complain about. Being in the customer service industry I understand what these girls go through and how difficult it is to try to keep a smiling face when you really just want to punch the next person that walks in. Ur allowed to have a bad day ya know! Some people just don’t understand that when you go to a business they are not there to kiss ur A**. They are there to conduct good business. Go to disneyland for fake smilies and A** kissing! ;)

Have had wonderful service here! Very happy with how my hair has looked since I started going here. All staff is so friendly! Also love that they use Aveda products.

I had my hair done by Brittany Salinas and as customary made an appointment for my next hair appointment before leaving the salon. I was given an appointment card on which the stylist or receptionist wrote the appointment date of Friday, March 14^th at 1:15pm. As i usually do I input the appointment date into my on line calendar and kept the appointment card as well.
I went to my appointment on March 14^th and called ahead when I was delayed by a traffic jam and was concerned I would be 5 minutes or so late. I was informed by the receptionist that there was no such appointment for me with Brittany Salinas. You can imagine my outrage. I was speechless because I had the appointment card in my hand!
They gave me another appointment with a newer stylist.
Beware because someone there is playing around with appointments thinking the customer will not know any better and save their appointment cards like I did. These guys were caught red-​handed canceling a customers appointment probably for a friend. SHAME ON YOU Rose of Sharon!
I see from Tia’s review below that she had a similar problem with scheduling. This salon is playing some kind of game with people — perhaps favoritism for personal friends and family at the expense of customers or else total incompetence with the computer.
Called today to speak to the owner and only got Delores the receptionist. She was defensive and said they sometimes accidently erase appointments. Small consolation for the client who rearranges their day, work schedule, etc… travels from afar. Rose of Sharon management has a real problem if they cannot even keep clients’ appointments straight! Basic service. I’m off to another salon that puts the client and customer service first.

Michelle really is a miracle worker! I had gone to another stylist previously and she completely destroyed my hair :(but Michelle was understanding and gave me a darker hue which I love! I was her last client and she was very patient with me. She has a great personality, I felt totally comfortable around her. The salon itself is nice as well! A little pricey, yes, but totally worth it! Definitely will be going back :)

I have been getting my hair done by Michelle for over 20 years. This is such a great salon. Everyone is very nice and always professional. It’s also always so clean and I can always never wait to get my hair washed, because I think all the stylists here are trained in giving you an extra special neck message!!!

The Rose of Sharon is an enchanting place to get your hair cut. They stylists are professional and friendly. Brittany is the best. She listens to what you want and is very careful when cutting your hair to make sure it is the cut you are happy with. Since going here I have experienced less split ends and more growth. Had an amazing Up-​do done by Alexis for a costume party! Amazing and loved it! Had an edgy style to it, and it was just what I was wanting done. The salon is beautiful with the open windows around the building. In addition the salon has a welcoming, earthy feel to it which makes customers feel relaxed and soothed. Love this salon!

After getting the worst haircut and color of my life. I decided to take another chance and go to someone I’ve never gone to before. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. I told her that I recently had cut and color done, and I needed someone who could fix it. She booked me an appointment with Michael. He was fantastic. My hair was yellow and orange from a bad bleach job, and chopped all over. He gave me the Best hair cut and color I have ever gotten. I have never been happier. I will be going back to him.

I started going to this salon almost 2 years ago after getting an Amazon Local deal. I was blessed to have gotten Brittany. I had long hair with no style and Brittany took the time to discuss what would look best on me and I went for it. I have experienced the best service/​hospitality compared to every salon I’ve ever been to. They offer their clients something to drink as they arrive for their appointment (I just Love their iced tea) and Brittany gives THE BEST scalp massages too! Her ability to work with color is amazing and I just love her personality. If you’re looking to try a new salon this one comes highly recommended!

Brittany is a great stylist! She has cut my hair in various styles, from a high and tight fade to a mid-​length cut, over the past year each time has exceeded expectations! The shampoo’s and head massages are also great and relaxing. I would totally recommend this place to anyone!

My stylist Sara Seguira rocks!!! Her best style is vivid colors and bleach! She rocks at the newer style haircuts and colors! Totally recommend her
