What a let down. My husband chose a bouquet online 4 days before valentine’s day. It was a beautiful arrangement with a black polka dot vase, red roses with purple flowers. He told them to deliver to my work between 8 – 2. I left work at 3:10 the day they were to be delivered (2 days before v-​day). Obviously i never got them. They never called my husband to tell him that they weren’t delivered. They were a surprise so of course i had no clue. He called the next day (still no call from them) and asked where they were. There was no apology, they just said they would bring them to the house. Well what came was a crappy vase that you normally get for free and small roses with sparse white baby breath. It was just weak. My husband got something totally different than what he ordered and paid $ 68 for. I told him they were pretty but knew he just got ripped off. He called after looking at the picture online and said how disappointed he was and they just made excuses. TERRIBLE customer service! The lady said «so what are you wanting to get out of this? «seriously?!? Well they lost a customer. My husband orders flowers for me several times a year so we will make sure not to give them our business.

Awesome place! I don’t know anything about flowers except my wife loves them. I called in and told them how much money I had and what colors my wife likes. They put together such an amazingly beautiful bouquet in very limited time. The price was very inexpensive and I was able to buy other items in their store. They saved the day! I got lucky ;)

Just purchased some flowers from this shop earlier today for my girlfriend, at a good price (better than others in town) and I was very satisfied! They surprised her at her work with them and she was very excited! Thank you for everything, this is my new flower shop!

It’s so sad. The flowers look completely different than what was ordered and some of the flowers were already wilted when they arrived. Here it is 12 hours later and the roses are now looking shriveled. Plus, I specifically ordered a fall/​orange arrangement but it has pink and pale purple flowers that make it look more spring/​Easter. These weren’t cheap and now the sweetest intention of sending an arrangements to celebrate our 6^th wedding anniversary is tarnished. I’m really disappointed.

I ordered my wedding flowers from Bouquet Florist and they more than exceeded my expectations. From the first consultation, it was clear that they saw my vision and understood my color expectations. I know very little about flowers, but they understood my horrible descriptions and found exactly what I wanted. The flowers looked beautifully fresh and alive. The arrangements we everything he promised me. I’d use them again and recommend them to any bride wanting low stress and upmost precision! Added bonus… The pricing was great. They don’t break the budget with 5 star class.

We ordered our flowers from here for our wedding. They look absolutely nothing like the picture I chose. I paid for peonies and I only got some kinds of roses.
