Redlands Acupuncture

I suffered with chronic neck pain due to degenerative disk disease for about a decade. Attempted every western medicine prescription short of surgery with zero results. My Doctor advised me to attempt acupuncture as a last resort prior to undergoing surgery. After two treatments by Lester, I was completely pain free. Not less pain… NO PAIN! I still feel great after 5 years of being his patient. I’ve referred at least 15 people to Lester whom all had similar results. I only need to see Lester now about every 2 months to keep my neck in check, and he has also helped the tendentious issues in my hands. BEYOND 5 STARS — Pretty much Miracle status as far as I am concerned.

I had a stroke last summer and as a result my left shoulder is frozen. I see Ellen for a massage and help with my range of motion and Rachel does my acupuncture. I love them both and they have helped me so much. When I first started going here, my arm would barely move and now I’m able to wash my hair!
I go on Saturday which is great since most other places can only see patients during the week.

This review is long over due… I began seeing Lester in the beginning of the year. He was very through with his evaluation & diagnosis. I had been feeling out of it for three years since having a complicated childbirth. I had seen one other acupuncturist (a woman) prior to finding him. He was able to get my body back in balance. He has the healing power & really understands human physiology. He is very passionate about Chinese medicine & it shows in his work. I moved to the central coast… lucky for me my dad lives in the area so any time I am in town I schedule an appointment with Lester.

I am an avid runner who had been struggling with a stubborn injury of plantar fasciitis for over a year. To my dismay, it completely sidelined my running. After trying all manner of treatments (stretching, strength training, physical therapy, cortisone injections, etc.), my sports medicine doctor said the only option left to me was surgery by a podiatrist. A friend recommended I see Lester for acupuncture and I decided to give it a try before going under the knife. My only regret is that I didn’t go to Lester a year ago when all this started. After just 4 sessions, I AM COMPLETELY PAIN-​FREE! I am back to running and have increased to 5 miles with absolutely no pain, running or walking. He also treated sciatica pain that’s plagued me off and on for years and that, too, is totally gone. I was a total Eastern medicine skeptic and had never tried anything like this before, but Lester has made a believer out of me. He is caring, kind and, as my friend who referred me said, «a real healer.» I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I definitely recommend Redlands Acupuncture! I was recommended to go to help with my constant migraines and to just feel good & healthy in general! Lester is amazing, hands down I would never go any where else! I have referred many of friends of mine to him and they feel amazing after they leave!!! I promise you, you won’t be sorry! =)
