I been here 3 times since they open and 3 times I was help by Michael and he is a great guy awesome in customer service.

Love this place. Went in today, everyone was so helpful. The girl in the shoe area checked me out so I didn’t have to wait in the longish line. (new years eve crowd… It’s to be expected). She was very efficient. Great prices and deals on my favorite expensive brands.

Every time you come in here, they ask if you want to sign up for a credit or debit card, and today was no different. I told the lady that I already have one (which is true) but today I was using a different card because I was purchasing Christmas gifts. She proceeds to tell me that she can look up my card etc etc but quite frankly I don’t think I need to explain myself or justify why I am choosing to not use my Nordstrom card. Well when she saw that I was using a different card, she looked at me and said «that clearly means you don’t have a card with us. You didn’t need to lie.» I was pretty floored by her lack of customer service and that she thought it was okay to call someone a liar. At this point, I don’t mind taking my business elsewhere.

Thank God there’s one store in Redlands that is decent. Now if they would just put a full line Nordstroms non rack but then again that new plaza got gap outlet banana republic outlet the Nordstrom’s outlet maybe Redlands is trying to say that the citizens of the town cannot afford full price items in stores. So it seems to me. So I keep driving orange county for real shopping

I had spent a day looking at random stores in this location, looking for shoes. Failing that, I looked for shirts and shorts for my husband.
I think this was the place that had tiny lights on their security tags on the shoes? It weirded me out a bit because I thought there was something wrong with my vision. Racks and racks of shoes in the back of the store, but really only about 2 rows for shoes in my size. Again, shoes are hit or miss and today was a miss.
I didn’t find anything interesting in terms of women’s work wear. I looked for men’s dress shirts, but the selection was overwhelmingly blue in color. Nothing in packages, which is my preference.

It’s the rack!!! I was super excited to find that not only did they have shoes in my size but they had a number of plus size clothes for reasonable prices!!! Love this place.

Ok we just had the worst shopping experience ever due to the «secret shopper» they have making it so dam uncomfortable to pick up an item without his big head staring you down between racks it was so ridiculous, i get loss prevention n all but that was just disrespectful.

Love love this place found some winter boots from GUCICI MARKED 120.00 I come here every thusday at lunch the employees know my name lol

I am not the target for a Nordstrom Rack, at the outlets they have lots of suits, but this location had mostly women’s stuff and seemed to be overpriced for Rack, Not Badly but still. The Women’s and kids seemed to be more adequate. I know lots of people will love it and I am not their target.

The new Nordstrom Rack in Redlands is long overdue and has been highly anticipated since the announcement they were going to open up shop right off the freeway behind Citrus Plaza. Like all Nordstrom Rack’s, selection is fairly awesome when they first grand open and then it tapers off to be just about the same inventory as the other stores. I think this particular location has nice fresh customer service that are willing to smile as they see you. I hope it doesn’t die out after they’ve been open awhile. This will be my more frequent go-​to place since they’re fresh and new.

Me and my mom visited the store a week ago and iam very glad that we didnt have to waste gas and drive around all day to find me a suit. we came in looking at suits and ties for my prom, the guy who was working in the suits department Hector was very helpful and super nice he helped me find a great suit, it was kinda pricey and my mom didn’t think she could afford it but he told my mom about a rewards card they have and she was approved and was very excited that she was able to get me the suit that I loved! I was very happy at my prom and i looked great! Oh yeah and they have a tailor lady who made the suit to fit my body how AWESOME!

This Nordstrom Rack is super new, which is a bit of a mixed blessing — it’s bright, clean, and well organized, but there isn’t a huge selection of clothing, and even less if you’re looking in larger sizes.
Still, it’s worth a stop, because the selection of shoes, handbags, and other accessories is really first rate — Tory Burch bags and Kate Spade earrings were among the offerings. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone in my group found something. The prices are excellent.

I was super excited to check out the new store, but sadly I was very underwhelmed, especially by the 7 – 14 girls’ and women’s departments, both shoes and apparel. For women there are a few «premium» brands, but I didn’t see anything I haven’t already seen at TJ Maxx in Yucaipa, and Marshall’s. The rest of the styles were disappointing… boring moderate brands at not-​discounted-​enough prices, and again very similar to what is already out there in every.single.store in Redlands. I left empty handed for myself (which is very rare) and we were only able to find 2 pairs of basic Toms for my daughter for $ 25. She wasn’t interested in any of the clothes in the tiny selection for her size.
Positives – I think the men’s department is far superior to what they’ve got for women, and the people working there are all extremely nice and helpful.
I need to see a better assortment of styles that aren’t like everything else in town (and I would be happy to pay for it!) before I make this a regular stop.
Edited to add… yeah…if I weren’t so nice I’d give it one star. Have been back a few more times and could not find one cute thing for me, and the 7 – 14 girls section is seriously in need of help! Nothing whatsoever to choose from! Striking it off my list…

I’m in shoe heaven. There must be 50 racks of shoes ! It loaded with styles for every age and gender. The rest of the store is somewhat more limited but the prices are low yet the quality and variety high.
Nordstrom Rack elevates Redlands shopping to a new level and there’s going to be a lot of people who will make this as a retail Mecca.
I am sure this is not just a flash in the pan, so I’ll be a regular.
