Upon opening Unilocal to obtain the location and phone number of this location(forgot to grab a business card when I visited), I discovered there hasn’t been a review for this one… so, shall we? I visited this location as of 12−09−15. I’ve always wanted to visit a Men’s Wearhouse but always procrastinated to do so. I finally decided to walk in, as I’m doing research to build a new wardrobe for the new year. The store is much larger than it’s counterpart across the street(Citrus Plaza). It’s clean, and the clothing is organized and we’ll kept. Almost immediately a tall gentlemen greeted me and asked me for help(to be honest, I forgot his name, though I wouldn’t disclose it publicly anyway). We talked about the sales, and measured my physique for the proper shirt, and blazer size. Patient, and helpful. I browsed around, he followed me everywhere, I’m the quiet type that likes to be left alone to his thoughts and it made my shopping experience… well, awkward. Still, it doesn’t warrant a star for ratings, he was simply doing his job and caring for a customer, which I salute that! You don’t get that much these days. I finally decided on what I wanted to purchase, a Joseph Abbound sweater. All of them were perfect except the one in my size, the stitching at the top where the ‘V’ shape connects was loose. I asked the gentlemen if the tailor could stitch it for me, he did, and a few minutes later he returned with the repaired sweater. Free of charge I might add. I’m simple and not snobby, but I felt the request was warranted, and it was taken care of. So in summation, this is a great location for customer service, and selection. I have to shop here more to get a feel for it, but I have a feeling it’ll be my go to store for quality clothing.
