Jamba Juice

This is the best Jamba I have every been to and will always go to! I get an orange berry antioxidant every Jamba Juice I go to but these people here know how to make every drink perfectly! Special request no problem! My drink hasn’t been on the menu for years and they still make it for me!!!

Would like a store manager too contact me. I bought a coupon book and this store is not honoring it. Very rude and unprofessional! They should be honoring coupons until none left, instead I go in and I’m embarrassed and humiliated in front of all the customers my coupon isn’t valid. There is no expiration date and should have been honored

I always get an Acai Super Antioxidant or the Acai Bowl. They always make the energy bowl with the perfect amount of seeds and fruit, great for when I’m craving something both healthy and delicious.
I come to this location frequently. I usually prefer this Jamba because the staff is really nice and it’s right off the 210 freeway. 9 times out of 10 they get my order right and they’re fast, friendly and efficient.

Usually busy in the middle of the day but totally worth the wait. The employees are nice and always helpful. Never had a bad experience if anything the people that I noticed as being rude have been some of the customers. How hard is it to understand that they get busy and sometimes their order will take a while. Its not fast food its fresh smoothies.

I have been a customer of Jamba Juice for YEARS, and I have never experienced such poor customer service. Yesterday I was mistreated by one of the staff members, his name is Cameron. I ordered my usual, and submitted my phone number for the rewards program. I had a $ 3 off coupon which I was very excited to use. I paid with a debit card, and forgot to tell them that I wanted to add 2 boosters, so I gave they guy 50 cents from my wallet. Apparently that was too much for him to figure out, because after I gave him the money he called me back over to the register to tell me that he wanted to cancel the order altogether and run my card again with the correct information. I said sure, and he rang me up again except this time without my rewards discount. So I asked him what happened to my discount, and his response was that he forgot about it, and laughed. So then he asked for my card again so he could swipe and make another correction. At this point I was very uncomfortable with giving him my card, because he was exhibiting quite a bit of incompetence with using the cash register. I told him that I was uncomfortable with swiping my card multiple times, to which he replied «well actually there’s only two transactions». I thought this was a distasteful thing to say, considering that he is the one who rang up my order incorrectly but whatever. I was trying to make a point, and told him that he should pay attention to what he’s doing because this is not acceptable. He tried to apologize, but honestly his attitude and smart mouth were enough for me to walk out, I asked for a refund and canceled my order altogether. Here’s to hoping that the charges on my bank statement are correct after dealing with this fool.

When in tonight because i was craving a mango a go go and when i received my smoothie i began drinking it and i noticed that i was getting some hard pieces of mango in my drink but as i kept drinking it seemed like i kept getting more and more so i pull a piece out of my mouth and to my surprise it was not mango at all. It was pieces of CARDBOARD! So disgusting i had to throw the whole thing away. Definitely very disappointed and will not be coming back!

Horrible service! I always get a Cold Buster when I am feeling a little under the weather. I modify it so that I get more fresh OJ and berries as opposed to the fake concentrate juice and sugary sherbet. On 11-​18-​2015 around 8pm I drove from San Bernardino just to get a smoothie and I was told it would be a 50 cent up charge for every 2 ounces of juice. They were going to charge me AN ADDITIONAL 7 DOLLARS for a smoothie! $ 14 for a smoothing is outrageous!
I called the store next to my work, because they never charge me, and was told that OJ is not subject to an up charge as it was an option prior to adding all the new fresh juices to the menu. Yet this location felt it was ok to try to rip me off. Waste of gas, waste of time. Never been to Juice It Up but I think it is time I check them out. Won’t be back! Don’t gouge your guests!

I love jamba, but this particular location’s customer service needs work. I’ve had my order messed up twice. The first time the girl swore she made it correctly, but after noticing the color and then tasting the difference she still denied it. The second time my drink which was for one person was given to a couple in two cups and I was given their smoothie. And the wait. …ugh.

Terrible… Longass wait. Ignorant employees… Not taking the coupon on their website and blaming the customer. WILL NOT BE BACK. Ordered two of the same drink and one tasted like crap. Come on… No apology either.

I haven’t been to JJ in a while. I got sticker shock. I used to get a large strawberry whirl for under $ 4, now they are $ 6.09!!! That is ridiculous! Jamba has lost me as a customer.

Always a good experience when I come here. Of course it’s slow when there are a lot of people ordering, but they always have a smile and make my drinks well. I love the matcha green tea blast! I love the Jamba Rewards system also. I always get $ 3 off or buy one get one free!

Seriously the best service I have ever had. The staff was so nice and helpful Brenda and Franny were so great! Hey manager do not let those two go! I’ll come again just for them! Good work

Great place. Service is friendly and efficient. They have a great system and get the drinks out quick. The staff is super friendly and outgoing. The drinks are usually on point. Great job Jamba Juice!

Been coming here for years. Service is dependent on the employees that particular day. I love their secret menu, my favorite is the white gummi bear or strawberry sourpatch kid. But I’ve been on a healthkick lately, so I come in for their freshly made veggie juices and acai primo bowl. It’s nice that when I asked for ice with my juice, they will put my medium juice into a large cup with ice, that way I get all the bang for my buck without any waste.

I really love this place, the employees seem to really love what they juice lol (do), very polite patient and even offer ideas, I am totally into the chia seeds but really everything they have to offer is delicious and makes me feel good about myself and makes me feel like I made a healthy choice I am so liking the little coconut water bottle addition and best of all how fast and clean it is #1 choice for me amongst the juicing.

Price went up and juice ounces decreased.$ 8.69 for their fresh juice… What a rip off, how stupid does corporate think people are…

Been here too many times well after opening and was told that oatmeal wasn’t ready. The staff gets there an hour early to prepare before they open the doors and yet they still are not prepared.
This is an issue specific to this Jamba Juice. The corporate office needs to look in on this location and tighten up.
Unacceptable service from this place.

Came here yesterday and got the Chunky Strawberry Bowl. I was disappointed because they told me it cost extra to add honey… Also, the peanut butter was just too strong. I love peanut butter but this was overwhelming. I will never get this bowl again.
Today, I came and got the Açai Primo Bowl. Loved it! It’s the same as the regular Açai Berry Bowl but it comes with granola and coconut. I don’t understand who wouldn’t get this bowl especially when it’s the same price for all the bowls! You get so much more AND it comes with honey drizzled on top. :-)

I just like the product here. If you want something sweet they have sherbet. If you want something healthier and still sweet they have yogurt and they have smoothies with none of that swag. I get the mega mango. It’s all fruit and it tastes as good as anything with sherbet.
The employees are about as happy as you can expect from people at work. The drinks are $ 5 but when you consider how much Starbucks charges versus what’s in these drinks, this place is a major major value.

I used to like going to Jamba Juice a lot when I was younger, because the idea of fruit smoothies seemed like a healthy but super yummy choice. Now that I’m older and I can fully comprehend the nutritional value of each smoothie, I don’t have the same optimistic view of Jamba Juice. A lot of the drinks are high in calories, and high in sugar.
Anyways besides all that, I still enjoy some of the drinks. I like the protein berry workout a lot. They also have «light» smoothies as well as refresher drinks, that are «light» as well. For those who do not know about the secret menu, there is a drink called the white gummy and the red gummy, which really taste like gummy bears! But beware those drinks are very high in sugar. Okay enough with my health conscious review lol. The location is located in like the «foodie» area of Citrus Plaza, among Starbucks, Cold Stone, Niko Niko, and a Chinese and a Mexican restaurant. A lot of folks like to hang out there with the outdoor tables and water fountain; really cool place to be in during the summer. Enjoy!
