International Day Spa

I am very disappointed in the lack of service that I have received from this spa. I made an appointment last month for a Hawaiian Holiday package and was really looking forward to a little pampering. Unfortunately, when the day arrived they called me to let me know that the therapist had called off and they would not be able to keep my appointment. Although I was very disappointed, someone called me back and offered a 20% discount. So I made another appointment for today.
And what happens? They call me to tell me that the therapist was not available and they would have to cancel my appointment AGAIN. How exactly does that happen two times in a row? This type of package is something that I have been looking forward to for weeks and an apology just doesn’t make up for the lack of service and totally unprofessional behavior. Maybe its time to hire a more reliable employee?
Guess I will need to take my business elsewhere and I would caution anyone making an appointment that there is a high likelihood that you will not actually receive the service that you have requested.

I really enjoyed my first visit here. The staff was courteous and not pushy like at other places. Beth did such a good job with my back, she really took her time to explain what she was doing and was very attentive. I really appreciated her tips and that she provided excellent customer service. Thank You Beth & staff. I will be back.

Dakoda did a great job with my aromatherapy massage tonight. I haven’t been here in a long time, but will make a point to return soon.
I saw a $ 50 deal on their Instagram so that was a plus. There’s a sweet cat named Olivia who greets you, and will try to follow you in!
Try mixing eucalyptus and sweet orange together for your scents. Arrive early to take advantage of the foot soak and neck wrap.

The staff was very attentive. My services were excellent.

I have been a regular at this day spa since the late 1990s. Yesterday, I was fortunate enough to have Beth for a therapeutic massage (deep tissue). I had slipped and fallen on ice last week, resulting in the back of my head and sacral area of my back striking concrete without any break to the fall. I appreciate that Beth listened to my concerns, gave a terrific massage, and gave helpful post massage advice/​tips. I give her a high recommend.

The back patio with the foot soak and hot neck pillow is the best way to start your day. I’ve had a massage and facial here and both experiences were amazing! I highly recommend this place!

I’ve only gotten facials here, I would like to try whole body massage since I’ve had such great service! Love to come here and feel relaxed :)

I recently spent 2 hours getting pampered here for a late birthday gift. I can’t begin to tell you how much I enjoyed myself. From the first steps in the door you’re ready to get your tranquility on. The staff is wonderful. They answer all of your questions and are so hospitable. Corri has done a great job with taking over this Spa. The services are fairly priced and exceptionally relaxing and therapeutic.
I got a mud, scrub, rub with Kaylee.
She was very professional and was helpful with being vocal about what she was doing. She has some great hands and helped get some knots out of my shoulders. She made me feel like i was the only one in the building and all her attention was on me.
They have a great reception staff and merchandise to choose from when you’re service is done. They also bring out all the products that they use on you during the service incase you were completely in love with one of them.
I will continue going to International and referring all my friends and family.

Had a gift card for a body scrub and shower. Very cute location, very relaxing treatment. Service was good, not spectacular, but I enjoyed myself.

I used to come here frequently when I lived in the area. Recently back as caring for aging parent after surgery. I was reminded why I always liked this place and why I wanted to come back.
Open daily until 9 pm so lots of opportunity to schedule services. Complimentary foot soak and steam room use before a treatment. Facials are very thorough-​love that they do light tweezing and clean the outside of your ears as well as the hand/​foot/​neck/​shoulder massage. Staff friendly and they take customer service very seriously.
Great services at very reasonable prices. A lovely little local gem. Will keep coming back when checking on Dad.

Such an unpleasant experience! They messed up my appointment and when I showed up, the girl gave me attitude and no apology for making the mistake! She acted like it was my fault somehow!!! I would never go back there. Massage is ok but service sucks!

Had an Amazing American Swedish massage by a very talented Daniela it was the most relaxing, yet energizing. Nice warm comfortable massage table. She worked a few knots till they were gone. A very Attentive Therapist, Room was Dusk and Music was soft. One of the best I’ve had. I’ll be retuning very soon. I hope she will be there for my Massage. Thank you Daniela.

Don’t know why it has taken me long to write a review. International Day Spa is a prime example of Superb customer service. 1^st You are greeted from the beginning, if you arrive early you can receive a comp foot soak or steam bath (even for just getting your brows waxed), along with getting water, hot tea, cider (prime example of customer service). I am a frequent flyer of getting my brows waxed by Jessica. She is absolutely amazing. Kind, respectful, all of the above. I have also received massages too and Danielle is great.
This spa will not disappoint.

I have been coming here for years. I think I have had a different massage therapist everytime so I am assuming the turn over rate is high. Regardless I have had great massages everytime. I love the steam room and foot soak before the massage as well.
I do like the floatation bed for massages but do wish it was quieter. I enjoy the tea but wish they offered healthier sweeteners like stevia vs aspartame and white sugar. And more herbal tea options. The prices are a little highish but nice to know that it is a very clean and calm environment.
Overall I highly recommend it. Cute little house with a very nice and welcoming staff. The house cat is super cute and sweet too :)
I will return but need to save some money and will do a longer treatment like scrub and tub soak along with facial and massage. Other wise for just a massage I will go to a thai massage place for 30 bucks an hour.

I’ve had Mo for a microderm and Jessica for pumpkin spa facials. Both were helpful and knowledgeable!
Getting these facials, and trying the Murad line of products, is pretty much the only thing that has cleared up my complexion. The place is a bit pricey, but it is worth it considering the service you get and the good line of products they use.

I recently bought the «day at the spa» package for my wife as a birthday present and I have to say this place really made my gift special. My wife had an amazing time being pampered and we will both be going back soon. Also I have had the privilege of meeting the owner and she is an awesome person, very involved in the community and always willing to help out other local businesses in the downtown area. Great place, really the epitome of what downtown Redlands is all about.

I started going to Int’l Day Spa to help combat my adult acne. It took some time, but Jessica really helped with my face.
After a few facials, I graduated to getting major services — like the Hawaiian Holiday my husband got me for Xmas, and the Orange Blossom Special I treated myself to after a big work event.
I really wanted to love these services, and I have tried several, including a wrap, but alas, I don’t think they’re for me. I’m not a fan of the vichy shower — it’s hard to get the temperature of both the water and room correct, and I ended up with my freshly facialed face lying in a pool of water. I don’t know if it can be helped, but I much preferred the massages on regular beds. I also wasn’t a fan of the hydrotub — I didn’t feel like I got a lot of privacy.
But I really love the steam room, more than probably anything else. Extremely relaxing! Massages were great, and Jessica did help my skin.
I saw a review that said some of the staff was snooty. I experienced this several times, and finally emailed Corri, the new owner. Corri was great — absolutely fantastic in her feedback. She got back to me right away to make things right. I really appreciated her concern in making my experience better.
Also, it’s pretty affordable all things considered. They have frequent shopper cards for both product and services — so I have a free massage or facial waiting for me. The prices on products seem a little lower, or at least comparable to Sephora. And the use of the steam room is so valuable — more so than the foot soak, I think.
Finally, when I got the Orange Blossom Special, they served me hand-​squeezed orange juice. It might have been the most delicious thing I’ve ever tasted! After my pregnancy, I think I’ll be ready to go back and try a deluxe service — one without the vichy shower.

I came here today for my first time to receive the Murad customized 60 minute facial. I’ve heard lots of great things about the place and was so excited to try it out. It was my first (ever!) facial/​massage. I had no idea what to expect, but I knew once I walked in, that it was going to be great!
I was told to come 30 minutes early to enjoy a complimentary foot soak or time in thesteam room. I chose the foot soak and was lead back into the «quiet room». Pretty Victorian chairs and comfortable recliners. They offered me a choice of water, hot tea, cider or lemonade. They brought my water out to me in a beautiful glass with a lemon. The foot soak with lavender oil was amazing and there were little marbles on the bottom of the basin to massage your feet on.
After 30 minutes, Jessica came back and introduced herself and lead me back to her room. The room was nice and dark and had music playing at the right level. Once I got situated and she began, I was in heaven! She was so sweet and explained what she was doing before she did it. She also massaged my head, feet, shoulders, face and hands. It was fantastic. The beds were also so comfortable and the dress/​gown I was given to wear was very nice and comfortable as well.
Long story short, I was super impressed, super happy and my skin has never felt better. International Day Spa made a new life long customer today. Can’t wait to go back!

My girlfriend and her best friend have been having a really rough couple weeks with work, so I was looking for a spa /​massage to help them relax. Unfortunately they only had off today (Sunday) so my choices for spas were limited.
I found International Day Spa through Unilocal.They were one of the few spas in the area open on Sundays, and the reviews sounded pretty good, so I made a reservation. I dropped off the girls and when I came back to pick them up, I can’t remember the last time their faces were that happy! They were glowing and went on and on about how amazing the steam room and massage was! They loved everything about the experience and definitely want to go back. They seriously can’t stop talking about it.
So thank you International Day Spa for helping relieve some much needed stress and making the girls’ day! They are big fans!

My facials are always amazing and I love the complementary foot soaks! =) THe tea and cookies are nice too =)
