Computer Pro2call

We are in a small office environment, 7 office staff with domain controlled PC’s. We have a Dell server, network attached storage, VOIP and Ubiquiti access points. Damon installed 2 computers on our domain, and set them up with the users previous files and settings. He is very knowledgeable. We’ve had difficulty finding someone locally to manage our business environment, but Computer Pro2call is perfect. He performed the job quickly and efficiently for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be contacting him for our future IT and networking needs.

Contacted them through Unilocal.Left a message on phone. Never got a call back. After trying for 5 more times, someone picked up the phone, told me yo hold and then cut the call after 5 mins on hold.

Trying to find a guy to fix your computer can be as stressful as finding a new auto mechanic to fix your car: both require time and labor, spare parts, diagnostics, and a number of other points that involve checking things and replacing parts. You just have to trust that the person you have hired is good at what he does and is honest,
So I took my mom’s Compaq computer to Damon. Before I found Damon on Unilocal my mom had paid a guy over $ 300 to constantly «fix» her computer. Damon spent about 20 minutes running some tests and taking a look and explained that the system was dying fast. He said he might be able to get it to start up, but it would just shut off again like it had been doing. He said it wasn’t worth fixing. I asked if he could replace the mother board and a few more parts needed to get it working, and he said he could but that it would be cheaper for me to just buy her a new computer. Wow!!! Talk about an honest guy!!!
Not only was I impressed with his honesty, but after visiting his Redlands office it was obvious that he sleeps, breathes and eats computers. He is very passionate about his work. I also heard him talk to some of his customers on the phone and he demonstrated some of the best communications and customer service skills I have seen!
Damon puts his customers first, is honest, and not a part of some faceless large corporation like the Geek Squad at Best Buy or PC Doctors. By working with Damon not only are you supporting small local businesses, you are saving money because there isn’t a lot of overhead and you are forming a life-​long relationship with your «Computer Doctor». I am going to recommend him to all my friends and family located in San Bernardino County. Hell, I will even drive from San Diego to see him if my Mac takes a dive!

New to the area and getting ready to open my first Vintage Booth at an Antique Mall so of course my nearly new Dell goes POOF! One minute I’m building inventories and price lists and the next, every single thing on my machine is gone! I mean no where. What do I do — FedEx the beast to Portland for my son to fix in his spare time? Take a stab on my own because, after all… I am a Systems Analyst. Nope! I did what I always do in new cities when I am in a jam… I used Unilocal!I found the polite, communicative, come right to your house, and call if he is running even 10 minutes late and super BRILLIANT Damon. It was a Thursday less than a week before my opening and I was panicked — Damon knew the problem straight away — life happened and he couldn’t come til Monday but I didn’t care because just talking to him made me believe as though all would be right with the world again. He came, he fixed and then he did a bunch of other great things to keep my machine running smooth. Reasonable isn’t the word, he is worth that and more. Please do not hesitate to hire Damon even my doggies liked him. Thank you Damon so very much.

Called on Monday and Damon was here on Tuesday. He had to take computer in to the shop and said it would be back on Friday. He had it here on Thursday morning. He fixed my problem and my computer sang. He installed a video camera for me while he was here, which was not part of the deal, and checked to make sure everything was working well before he left. Very reasonable pricing which was explained to me before he took the computer into the shop. I am very happy and would not hesitate to call again, gulp, if ever I need fast, complete, and reasonably priced computer service.

Very happy with Damon’s work. He worked on two computers and a Laptop. All are running fast now and I like all the suggestions he recommended. Definitely recommend Computer Pro2call over all the other local options in this area. Plus he’s mobile, you don’t have to take or leave your computer some where else and be without it for days.

Recently I turned on my computer and nothing, I could not get past the first boot screen. After a few calls to the manufacturer and buying recovery disks I still did not have any luck getting my computer up and running. My first stop was Unilocal where Damon and his company popped up with the only five star rating. I called and got Damon & set an appointment. He showed up on time and took about a good hour and a half to diagnose my computer problem in which it turns out my hard drive got fried and I needed a new one. All this time was free!!! This is a rarity these days where these big companies charge for everything and make you speak to some person in an indian call center. Damon found a new hard drive for me and said I could either go get it or he could take me himself and I would pay for it and he would install for a one hour charge. As soon as we bought it, got home and he installed it my computer was up and I was happlily spending the rest of the day installing and recovering all my stuff. All I can say is that Damon was exteremly professional, very personable, honest and more than reasonably priced. He even offered free phone support if I had any questions about any of the software I had to re-​install. Whether you are a business or a home user and need computer service do not take it to best buy geek squad, do not take it to a computer repair shop let Damon come to you and provide the same awesome service to you that he gave to me. if i could give him 10 stars I would!!!
