This Bed, Bath and Beyond in Redlands had the best customer service in the past but when I went in on December 1,2015 the employees were blatantly ignoring me and when I asked an employee for help with rugs she acted as if I was bothering her. I have noticed within the last year that the stores in the Loma Linda and Redlands area are staffed with rude employees who sometimes are pointedly less favorable to the caucasion customers. I no longer feel safe or comfortable shopping in those two towns.

We actually came In to register for our wedding, and we were greeted right away! A big plus! They have a special associate who does the registry and let me tell you she was AMAZING!!! Her name was Coleen! So friendly and talkative. She made our experience so much better. She gave us so much information about the register process and was very happy to help us. Thank you Coleen for being so wonderful!

I sure wish I could leave zero stars, as that is what this location in Redlands California deserves. This particular location is HORRIBLE with customer service and lacks the standards that Bed Bath and Beyond as a company seems to promote as a whole. At one time I would tell anyone who would listen how fantastic BBB is and treats their customers; however, now I cannot wait to tell anyone who will listen how they are no longer such. So very disappointing. Clearly our business has officially been taken«elsewhere». Two strikes and you’re out!

Each time we go to the Redlands Store or the Beaumont BBBeyond store, we have the most friendly service and fastest response to anything we need or are looking for. All workers go the extra mile. They have the very best of what we are looking for!

Went to bed bath and beyond on Thursday, October 9, 2014 and absolutely fell in love with one of the bedding displays. The bedding display was the J. Queens New York Luxembourg comforter set. I think I bought the whole entire store. I think everyone was looking at me or maybe just my cart was overflowing. You know when you buy bedding set you can just buy a bedding set you have to buy the pillows the shams the whole thing. I have to admit though it was a little pricey but definitely worth it because my bedroom look amazing. You have to have somethingthat looks nice on a king size bed in the master bedroom. It’s so elegant so rich so formal and I love it. The customer service and professionalism in the store was outstanding and I love that everyone was trying to help me out. Great job Redlands crew

Every time I go here the customer service is always above and beyond. Which sadly is not the case for every department store. But it makes a wonderful difference! This morning Mary was my cashier and she was just a breath of fresh air very nice. I was having trouble finding my ATM card in my purse and instead of being pushy she reassured me that she wasn’t rushed and told me to take my time :) little thing but it’s just nice to feel appreciated as a customer instead of a burden :)

Typical bed bath and beyond. The workers here are great. The check out clerk told me how I could come back in with a coupon to receive 20% off my already purchased items. I ended up finding an email coupon and using it right away. Great job. I might come back for a pillowcase or something…

I’ve been going here for years, it’s a bit pricey than other stores but there’s always always enough varieties and brands to choose from. The best thing I like about this store is customer service, EVERYONE is helpful and once they notice the check-out lines have 3 or more people, they call for back-up right away. I also love that it is so easy to return items.

Bed Bath & Beyond on Lugonia Ave., Redlands is a great place to shop for household item. B, B, & B carries products for your kitchen, living room, restroom, bedroom, to your outdoor living space. In addition, B, B, & B carries items to help you organize every room in your home. Furthermore, this is a great place to shop for a wedding gift. There you have my 4 star review

If you are a bride or groom in the Inland Empire… register ELSEWHERE. My fiancé and I went in one evening to begin our registry and we were introduced to the regional manager of BB&B’s gift registry dept. As a person who used to work in retail, I know how rude customers can be so my fiancé and I always make a point of being kind and polite to retail clerks, managers and what have you. I explained to the regional manager that I had done some research online about what I wanted to register for and was pretty comfortable getting started. The manager responded sarcastically, «Why don’t you sit down so I can give you a little education on how to register.» I was completely taken aback since I had not been rude at all. We SHOULD have walked out right then! He then proceeded to berate us for choosing not to register for fine china and also for registering at a second store(which MOST couples do!). The RM also insisted that if we didn’t register for everything that we wanted on that one night, we would never come back in the store. He said it was because we would be too busy. He also berated his employees saying that most of them were trained by him, but didn’t retain much. By the time he finally relented and seemed to realize that we were a smart, non-threatening couple he actually seemed somewhat rueful when he handed us the registry price gun. However, by then my head was throbbing from the whole experience. I must give credit where credit is due. The RM was right about one thing… we never went back in the store, but not because of our hectic wedding planning… because of HIM! We finished our registry online. Additionally, BB&B as a business is not consumer-friendly. You cannot synch your registry on even though hundreds, yes HUNDREDS of stores(better stores) allow you to do so for management’s sake. Some gifts we received were completely the wrong color-not even arriving in a similar color(ex. black instead of lavender?). Also, BB&B usually has a salesclerk walk through the store with the couple as they register, presumably to encourage you to buy more! Better places, like Macy’s or Crate & Barrel allow you to roam the store with the price gun at your leisure and have much higher quality products. Target has MANY items which are similar in design to BB&B. We learned this the hard way. I hope this review prevents you from making the same mistake.

I had to go here yesterday for some organizational supplies. Actually this is the #1 place I go to for home/apartment organization. It’s like wall to floor of products for almost every room. Also every other wedding I’ve been to includes a bridal registry from here, so it’s pretty easy to get a gift and go. Depending on what you get, the prices are pretty reasonable and I like that they have variety. I think it’s also a good place to check out for those in college and that are dorming. Right now they have a huge selection especially for the dormitories. Pretty nifty. The store can be kind of tight with how it’s set up so it can be a bit hard maneuvering the shopping cart through the aisles if there’s a lot of people. The employees are friendly and always ask if you need help, so that’s a plus. It can be hard finding a specific item! I remember for a present, I bought a deep fryer. They only had 1 out in the shopping area but the box was opened and ugly looking. Not gift material! So I asked if they had another one and they had one more but it was in the back in storage. They got it for me… :) So… I’ll definitely be coming back here for house items I need(if they carry it).
