I saw a cute Father’s Day cake online that Baskin Robbins was offering for the FD Holiday. I chose cookies & cream and was excited to give it to my husband… I was so disappointed when I went to pick it up. The«beer mug» cake the worker brought out for me didn’t look like the«beer mug» cake I saw on the Baskin Robbins website! I told her that I didn’t want to be rude, but this cake wasn’t as advertised. She went on to tell me that the cake decorator didn’t work on weekends. Hmmmm… then don’t sell cakes for Holidays that fall on weekends. I hesitantly took the cake home, and it was good, but my Family couldn’t stop laughing at the pic of the cake I ordered and the cake I got comparison. Over $ 27.00… That’s a lot to pay for poorly made product. Hold yourself to a higher standard Baskin Robbins!

Cute Baskin-Robbins in downtown Redlands. Nice shady tree outside and good ice cream. A nice treat for the whole family. Outside is a little loud from the bar music across the street. Love the Cookies n’ Cream and don’t forget about the deals of the 31st day of each month.

Extremely poor experience just now after buying over $ 15 worth of ice cream. I got a scoop of Jamoca Almond on a sugar cone. as I was waiting to pay, I took a lick and it tasted«flaky» like it was over frozen. It had an after taste. After I brought their up to my server(blue shirt) she asked her colleague(pink shirt) if I could exchange it. I got back a no with no explanation. I then asked«why?» And the answer was because I tasted it! Of course I tasted it — how else would I know? Pink shirt then told me that is what the tasting spoons are for? Really to check quality on a flavor that I have been buying for years? It’s for quality control? Don’t think so. Then my wife told her«that is bad business not to exchange it, you know that people Unilocal». Then instantly she said she would replace it, but I declined out of principal. There are other options for dessert ala Cold Stone and the custom ice creamery on Citrus, Yogurtland, Etc.

Sign on door says«Open Daily 11am-10pm» door locked at 9:37. Make up your mind. Drove all the way across town. Website even says they’re open until 10pm.

This is a busy location, and small on top of that. But they have ice cream at the right temperature, and fresh cones. Got a roll cake a couple months ago out of the freezer, and they personalized it on the spot. They do a good job.

This store has slow service. The ice cream is good obviously but it’s always a super long wait. High school kids they hire are a little rude sometimes

It was a hot day and the ice cream was delicious. I had chocolate peanut butter. My companion had jamoca in a cone. Both eclipse and served by a friendly staff. The store is on State street and a perfect drop in point. The store is cold and clean with nice music in the background.

My husband and I loved this location. We actually had no choice it was the closest one to us. Good ice cream and friendly staff only complaint is the parking! Lot is way to small!

Tonight was market night in Redlands. My 5 year old wanted a snow cone while my husband and 3 year old son wanted ice cream. We usually go to locally owned a’ la minute but decided to go to Baskin Robbin’s instead… mistake! I was holding my 3 year old so he could see the flavors, he couldn’t decide between 2, so I asked if he could have a sample of both… clearly annoyed they gave them to me. He chose one and I ordered another for my husband. We sat down and ate our ice creams. A minute later another girl comes over to tell us that there is no outside food allowed. I explained that we bought ice cream and she said it didn’t matter that we would have to leave because no outside food is allowed… First of all it was super embarrassing in front of all of the customers to kick us out! 2nd of all, was it really necessary? I mean it was a 5 year old eating a snow cone while we are all sitting there eating their ice cream! We will not be back.

Obsessed with the cappuccino blasts! Me and my family love to go here for our sweet tooth fixes. The options are endless. Favorite ice cream place in town!

Convenient place to grab a ice cream cone with the kids. Not to busy and downtown good clean benches right outside.

We have been going to this baskin Robins for years, even after we moved to Yucaipa. Today is my dad’s birthday and he requested a sunday. All 5 of us piled into the car after dinner after verifying they are open til 10pm according to their Web site. We walked up to the door at exactly 9:30 to see them sweeping and putting the chairs up, with a sign on the door that for the winter hours they close at 9:30. I called the girl to the door and she told me sorry, through the Crack on the door, but they were already closed. I tried to explain that their Web site says they ate open till 10 and we drove all the way from Yucaipa for my dad’s birthday and is was only just 9:30. She obviously did not care because she just walked away. Walking back to the car I was told by two other families that they had the same problem with checking the Web site and the hours being inaccurateand they only just made it themselves. Plus that the for was locked right before 9:30. Very disappointing…

I love Baskin Robbins, however my experience at this location was not satisfying. The store closes at 10pm, I arrived there at 9:25pm and I could see the employees cleaning the place. I got out of my car and they said that they are«sorry» they closed. The hours on the door even say that it closes at 10pm. It was really annoying.

Came in tonight with my boyfriend and I was so disappointed in the poor customer service that the two employees had. I made simple requests and they weren’t honored. The company should really Consider doing a surprise visit. They were rude and ran out of world class chocolate. They are obviously not doing there job and placing orders for inventory.

Recently I purchased a custom ice cream cake from here for my fiancé’s birthday using their online system. It was very hot and the shop was about 75% full with 2 workers. For some reason only one was working the counter even though there was a line. The other seemed to be walking back and forth looking at prices and moving one thing at a time. In front of me was a family of 7 ordering shakes, banana splits, sundaes etc… time consuming things. Girl #2 never helped girl #1 or came to see what the lone girl wilting at the counter(ME) needed. I finally got to the counter after a solid 20 minute wait and asked to pick up my cake. They looked at me like I had ridden a walrus into the shop. I told them I had ordered it online and paid online as well. Girl #1 was perplexed that it was even possible but went to the back to check. Magic! It was there and ready. It was a bit smeared on the front where the box is made of clear cellophane. After waiting that long and paying $ 25 for a 6″ cake I just wanted the hell out. The cake was good… but not that good. The service ruined it for me. I have been to this location before, but was trying to only base this on my last experience. Noted is that the couple of other times I have come there has also been only one person at the counter in peak heat and one of their machines is always broken. Not sure if it is the same one, but there is always something they cannot make. Skip this place, try several of the other more crafted places and local businesses in the area. I assure you there are at least 3 I can name in varying price ranges. You’ll save yourself the headache of this place and skip to the delicious brain freeze of a place where they are genuinely invested in business service.

I’ve gone to this Baskin Robbins for years, and the ice cream is still just as awesome as ever. However, the inside space is very limited, so it fills up pretty easily. There are a few tables, but it’s best if you just order your ice cream and leave. There’s a parking lot, but it’s very small and shared by multiple businesses; your best option is to just park out on the street. Unless you’re a very patient person, don’t come here on Thursday, because that’s when State Street fills up with people for Market Night. Despite the drawbacks, this Baskin Robins is still very much worth a visit. Actually, it’s worth multiple visits.

Had us take food(donuts we got at market night) outside, when we were going to get iced cream for the kids and leave anyways. Lost a customer tonight, we have plenty of other choices.

I haven’t had Baskin Robbins for almost 10 years I think. My cousin was visiting from France and he was running bank errands with me. We decided to walk there from the BofA across the street since it sounded really good on a hot day. I got my favorite Jamocha Almond Fudge, it was just how I remembered. Best flavor ever! My cousin got the Pistachio Almond, he really liked it! I think I’ll try that next time. Service was good because I think it was the owner who came out to help us. There were two other young girls there that didn’t smile at all but the owner was definitely nice.

Pretty much the same as it was when I was 5 years old. Their ice cream is always good, although the interior is not a place you’d want to stay and actually eat said ice cream, what with the garish fluorescent lights… but then again, that’s not the point. It’s about getting your ice cream and talking a nice walk down State Street on a beautiful Redlands summer evening.
