I think it’s very inconsiderate to have someone show up to an appointment and get told when arriving that you have a $ 200 deductible and then getting told «I’ve been busy» for the reason not to tell me on the phone and then telling me I have to reschedule in person. ITS YOUR JOB TO TELL SOMEONE ESPECIALLY considering I am going there for my allergies, something I can really take lightly and constantly feeling sick because of. To make matters worse I drove far because I was referred here by my doctor who is great and was hoping it would be the same here since my primary is very helpful. COMPLETE opposite. Save yourself the time and trouble and find somewhere else to go that is willing to work with you.

Well, changed mind about this place.
Being nice is not going to help the patient if you get the test results wrong!!! I ended up in E.R. situation after the first injection; unbelievable.
