7-Eleven Food Stores

This is an older and smaller 7eleven. No gas. Fountain drink selection is smaller than modern stores.
Ice cream freezer temperature is not quite cold enough. Anything bought from there will start melting almost immediately. Fairly typical of convenience stores but still shouldn’t be this way. USA Grocers in Indian Rocks is a minority in having solidly frozen ice cream novelties.
The store is well organized except for having the obsolete island style check out. The store is clean but worn.
In several visits I have never encountered a clerk who seemed to care one way or the other whether there was a customer in the store. Last visit the customer ahead of me tried to engage the clerk with some friendly banter and got a few mumbles in return.
I suppose that there is an attitude that most of the customers are tourists, will only be around for a few days, and will spend their next vacation elsewhere, so doing a great job doesn’t matter. The only real reason to select this store is if you are close by.
