Supreme Deck Restoration

I hired this business to clean and then make some repairs to my patio. The cleaning was fine, but the repairs were a disaster, they ended up making more damages than there were before hiring them. They made several mistakes which were obvious even to me (I have zero experience with patios) and then they dragged the work forever. Advice to the reader: hire someone else.

Whoa man, these guys bring bad work and bad business to a new art form. They specialize in quick, lousy work, so if they mess up expect big problems trying to get the owner Rob to do anything about it. They power washed our deck in the rain and missed a ton of spots. imagine out surprise when we came home to find our deck stained with huge shiny spots everywhere from the old stain. To «fix» it, they power washed it so badly the wood splintered, and then never showed up to finish the job! I’m not sure what Rob is worse at — running the business end of his company or hiring competent workers. Do yourself a favor — find another company!

I would never recommend this company to any one. The job they did was terrible and the customer service was even worse!

I called Supreme Deck because my elderly mother had a lot of snow this winter and part of her deck was sinking into the ground. They came the next day. Repaired the problem quickly. Very happy with the service provided. She is looking forward to them coming back out to clean her deck.

These guys are not to be trusted. They employ shady business practices to extract as much money out of you as they can. They inflate the price, then tell you they’ll give you a discount because YOU’RE so special. They billed me $ 300 for a building permit which they never pulled (and wasn’t needed anyway). Salesman said staining was included in the price but lo and behold … when it came time to stain, they said «no way» was the fee included, and go take a look at my work order. Of course, there was no mention of staining on it. I’m no dummy and they STILL took advantage of me.
