The Vitamin Shoppe

The Store Manager, Ray, helped me today. Very friendly gentleman. The prices were comparable to amazon for the same products. Great experience. I will be back.

I have to say I am so offended and will not be shopping here anymore!!! I went in tonight 11/​20/​2015 at around 8:30 pm just in case there may be management reading this… I was not greeted with a Hello or anything the girl at the counter was to busy playing with her cell phone to even ask me if I needed help the whole 20 minutes I was wondering around purposely looking confused. I hated to interrupt her she was so busy… right…A couple came walking through the front door and she instantly said hello to them and asked if they needed any help. This was a very fit couple and here I am an over weight girl. I don’t know if that had anything to do with it. But I was ready to invest on whatever it took to get started on new weight loss supplements. Then there was a young man that came out from the back of the store I was still walking around confused looking and even walked right by him and he completely ignored me. I was so offended this couple was getting ALL the attention and I could not even get a hello. I will not be shopping here anymore. I don’t care if I have to pay more somewhere else it is worth it for the customer service!!! They just lost a long term customer!!!

Just came back from The Vitamin Shoppe for the second time and have to write a review.
Today I walked in with my arm in a sling and the manager, Ray, helped me around the store grabbing the items that I needed. He explained what each ingredient in the supplements aided in and he helped me stay within my budget. Ray was very friendly and the store had what I needed. Thank you VS! You have a customer for life.
