Had late lunch here before taking pups to Benton Dog Park. Air Park Café is dog friendly. We are outside with a nice breeze and pups had water dishes about.
Good food, juicy hand made burgers.

Had an awesome breakfast here this morning with some friends out on the deck. Sierra was a charming little server who was appropriately attentive to keeping our coffee filled. I had a California omelet that was the best I have ever had. Had avo on top, if you want sour cream just ask for it. Met the very friendly new owners Janet and Jim who have been here about 5 mos. Got to see a few planes and a chopper take off. Great little place for a Saturday morning breakfast! Please support them!

On a warm spring day– the time of year with absolutely flawless weather in redding and when all the plants are green and lush, this is the place to be. You can sit out on the deck and just enjoy the nice weather. You can watch/​look at the planes also. The food is great– I like the chicken glider, and the fries are great too! The owners are super friendly! I will definitely be back and would recommend anyone try it!

First time I have been to this little gem. Let me tell you that everyone I was with loved the food. The omelet (the California omelet was cooked to perfection). My mom has the Benedict florentine and said it was the best she had ever had. This is a small joint so don’t come it with a huge party and expect all your needs to be met. The prices are the best in town for what you get. $ 8.25 for a three egg omelet that is of very high quality is amazing.

Friendly service. Cool ambiance at the airport overlooking the runway and repair hanger. Had lunch here. BLT, French dip and Benton Melt all very good. Fries and onion rings tasty. Sweet potato fries were just okay. Overall great spot for letting lunch. Will definitely come back to sit on the patio on a nice day.

A cute attentive waitress. Delicious eggs in a veggie omelet. Beautiful view with a spectacle of a CHP helicopter takeoff. I can’t stress how relaxing this meal is with the second floor view, just perfect.
I didn’t venture into the inside of the café too much as I immediately was satisfied outside on the terrace. All I can say is — perfect.

Big upgrade at the Airpark Café. The whole aviation center has a new operator and they have taken over the café. It’s much better than before. Very inviting retro interior. Real ketchup that isn’t refilled in old disgusting bottles. Fresh carbonated beverages. Beer and wine coming next week. Excellent grilled cheese — suggest cheddar/​Swiss. Salads and fries (both types) excellent. Onion rings a bit thick, tough and greasy but pretty. Burgers are solid. The western barbecue burger is a crowd pleaser with bacon, cheese, onion rings and barbecue sauce. Pleasant staff and a nice vibe.
It’s worth a try — they serve breakfast all day too. It might be a bit of a greasy spoon but overall it’s got something special going on. Prices are reasonable. A grilled cheese sandwich is $ 4.99 and sodas are only $ 1.75 with refills.

My wife and I were very sad to learn they have new owners. We went on their first day open, and they were still figuring things out. Definitely have to take back my glowing review for now. New menu, more expensive than before, it’s just not the same.

I got the egg and sausage breakfast and my wife got the California omelet. The hash browns were perfect and crispy on the top, just the way I like them. I tasted my wife’s omelet and wished I had ordered one too as it was excellent.
We were there for a late breakfast and I wondered if there would be a problem finding an open table during busy times as the place isn’t that big.

Thanks for opening back up for us Jay, as we rolled in for late lunch! The food is incredible! The soaring cali wrap and the aviator burger nailed it! The root beer float was a nice touch at the end! Just tried this place for the first time today. I ordered a hamburger with fries and the gobbler, to go. The service was very friendly, fast and the food was exceptionally delicious. I will definitely return to this café in the near future!

I work right across the street and I always get lunch from them. The staff members are always friendly, but it’s the food that keeps me coming back! Best BLT and chicken cranberry walnut salad I had ever had. Their prices are very reasonable and their salads last me lunch and almost dinner!
