Rebecca is a wonderful landlord. Anytime the property needed attention she responded with competent workmen, immediately. this past Saturday, the first hot day of the year, our central air went out in the afternoon. I called Rebecca, and the repairman was on the phone within 15 minutes, the repair taken care of within the hour. It doesn’t get any better then that.
our experience with Rebecca has been 100% positive. I recommend her to anyone renting or looking to rent a property.

Beckie Tillman is a wounderful property manger never had a problem. She gets all repaires done within a timely mannor. She is the only owner i know that will answer your important call at almost any hour. In my experience I would rent with her before ever going through another company ever again! :)

Becky has managed my property for the last couple of years and oh what a relief it is to no longer manage my own rental. I first contacted T & F property management a couple of years ago. I had interviewed a number of other companies and was disappointed that they would not manage properties out in the country. The home is only 18 minutes from downtown Redding. Becky said «no problem» and had the home rented in just a few days. She stays in touch with me and immediately takes care of repairs or other problems and sends detailed monthly statements.
I recommend her highly!
