This place has very friendly and down to earth staff. My mother speaks very broken English and had brought her ancient beloved Toyota Corolla in there to get it smog checked. It didn’t pass and Brian was very patient and great with working with her and communicating with me (over the phone) to identify and meet my mom’s needs with her car. In all of my interactions with customer service with automotive shops, this one ranks very high on being culturally sensitive and having a high level of humanity. It also isn’t bad that they are very affordable with reasonable prices.

Awesome local business to work with! Thank you St. John’s Automotive! I’ve had some really horrible auto shop experiences in the past. Every time Ive come in to your business, I’ve been treated with respect, honesty, fair prices, and great workmanship. I highly recommend this family friendly shop to anyone looking for quality repairs and very fair prices.

I was in a hurry on a Saturday to get my boyfriend’s vehicle smogged, and had none of the details… registration, year, etc… they helped me out without any hassle and within 20 minutes I was back on the road. A big help, very friendly, and the cheapest in Shasta County! 2 thumbs up. Thanks for being epic.

Awesome place! Had a vehicle fail smog at Bryant automotive. After they tried to take advantage of me I took my vehicle to St. John’s and couldn’t be happier! I love the price too!
