You have to leave at least one star to write a review, otherwise I would not have given them even one. Very rude. They act like you are intruding on their time. I won’t ever shop there again.

I’ve been in this store many times, alone and with my family. Every time we have gone in there, without fail, we receive rude customer service. They don’t greet you, don’t offer to help you, just make you feel uncomfortable. They literally have followed myself, my wife, and my kids around the store as we are shopping, acting like we were going to steal from them. The last visit was the last straw, I will purposely go out of my way to buy my gear elsewhere. Who do these people think they are?

Went to the store three times and found them lacking a decent selection of out-of-the-area team gear. Drove an extra fifteen minutes from our destination today to finalize our patronage with this store. If I were a 49er fan I would love it, but I’m not. The very small amount of Seattle Seahawk product was lame. Okay they had an NFC champ t-shirt, a couple of other bobbles but nothing like the mass of San Francisco stuff. That in itself was second to the reason I will not bother to visit this«store» again. There were two men behind the counter who were chatting up with some kids in the store, but didn’t bother to even say hello to this older, employed, got-money-to-spend, man. Customer service would dictate that they at least ask if they can help me find something but that did not happen. We left the store and spent out money, a lot, elsewhere. Not sure if the reason for my being invisible was my Seattle Seahawk hoody but if I owned or managed a store, $ green would outweigh Seahawk blue/green. With online sales increasing I would encourage Sports Fever to evaluate their employees customer service practices. That is if they want to stay in business.
