Sheer Heaven Salon & Spa is very friendly, welcoming salon with a great selection of Jane Iredale cosmetics. (wonderful for my «grumpy» skin)
Jen Siquerious, a pure professional when it comes to skincare, lashes and product recommendations. My questions are greeted with compassion and understanding.
I have lash extensions every 3 weeks for a fill I now have what I was not born with and I feel great!
The time during the fill is relaxing and comfortable Jen’s personality and customer service are great!

No better Body Scrub (or full massage) in all of Redding area. Thanx, Arlette, you are amazing! Great product line, also.

Today I decided to visit Shear Heaven for the first time and I am completely satisfied with their service! I had a spa pedicure done by Menchie, who was absolutely AMAZING! She was so personable and friendly, not to mention she did a fabulous job on my toes! The pedicure was very relaxing and I will definitely be back! The facility is exceptionally clean and I especially liked the cooling mask she put on my legs & toes after the exfoliation scrub. Definitely one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time!

Leah, is great. She does my facial waxing and she is super nice. I go back to her every time.

Leah is my esthetician, she does my waxing and Facials. She has completely Changed the look of my skin. Her Facials are so relaxing plus she even gives you a full upper body massage. She takes the time to even trim the hairs of my eyebrows and no matter where I went before I always had to ask for that. I recommend that everyone try her, you wont be disappointed!

Leah is amazing! She is a excellent and highly trained. I always love the results I get when she waxes my brows.

I went to Shear Heaven for the first time today to have Mani/​Pedis done for my mom and me. Trish was our technician and she was FANTASTIC! My mom is in her late 70s and has never had either a manicure or a pedicure (she would never spoil herself that way). So, I was looking for a salon where we could have side-​by-​side treatments. Trish called me back promptly and was very accommodating– able to get us in within a couple hours. The salon has 3 Pedicure chairs (side-​by-​side) and she simultaneously pampered the two of us, following up with our manicures. She’s a great conversationalist and made us feel at home. I was worried that my Mom would feel uncomfortable and out of place, not having spent much time in salons, but Shear Heaven gave us a private and personal experience that I don’t think we would have received elsewhere. My Mom couldn’t stop looking at her fingers on the way home, and proudly displayed her painted toenails to my Dad when we got home. He wants to join us next time! There will DEFINITELY be a next time. Thank you Trish!

Love this salon! Jennifer is the BEST massage therapist ever!!! Everyone here is super friendly. Joanne, my fab stylist cuts and colors my hair to my liking each and every time. She has the best sense of humor and I love it when she busts out into a song with me! If you want the best manicure or pedicure go see Jennifer, Wendy or Menchie. Not only will you get excellent customer service you will have the prettiest feet and nails in Redding. Leah rocks the eyebrow waxing! The staff here really try hard to make sure that all the customers are happy. Some people just can’t be pleased. get over yourself! I thank all of the staff at Shear Heaven for making my experiences at the salon heavenly each and EVERY time I visit.

Worst experience EVER. It was a «series of unfortunate events»
My facial… well I was walking in on (while naked) by some random old dude. No one bothered to lock the door between us. Secondly, Why should i have to hear the old guy next to me getting a massage during MY facial. My esthetician… well at times I think she just got bored, and left. I think she used MAYBE a total of 4 products on my face (compared to a normal of 10 – 15). I then got my pedicure done, apparently the technician had never seen «glitter toes» before or realized that filing them off would take oh… ABOUT AN HOUR… so finally she got «most» of it off. While everyone else in my group was done I was still waiting for my toes to dry.
Expensive and horrible. They had to products to sell to «maintain» your facial, and also had no knowledge of the products they were selling.
Just so shockingly sad. Cannot hold up to Mission Beauty’s standards.

I’ve only been here once, and I got a manicure. But it was absolutely wonderful! I know this sounds a bit racist, but its the reality with America’s Nail Salons… Only one of them was Asian, and the one that was, spoke very good English. Everybody was extremely polite and friendly, and we all had a good chat while my friend and I got our nails done. I will be coming back here as often as I can.
