Where to start? Jodi at Shasta provided some of the absolute BEST customer service I’ve ever received. I was managing a flight into Redding Airport, and the transportation I had booked through another vendor cancelled. Jodi answered the phone immediately, was very friendly, and did absolutely everything she could to get a driver to the airport in record time. I was in a complete panic, and she dropped everything and made it happen for me.
