Redding Tile & Stone

WARNING… Do not let these people in your home! I contacted Chuck to have some rough granite in my kitchen taken care of, at my expense, but he insisted that Palomar Homes should stand behind my 10 yr old home and pay for this. Okay, I contacted Palomar and they sent out Chuck’s crew. The two men simply used round stones and spent about 10 minutes sanding the bottom edges, but in the process completely scratched the front face of my Bosch DW. When I called to let Chuck know the work was incomplete and the damage they did, he never returned my calls. Then the women in the office were absolutely horrible to me when I’d call back, just unbelievably defensive and rude. They’d cut me off repeatedly and even hung up on me when I tried to speak with Chuck directly. I don’t understand why a reputable and quality company like Palomar Homes would even deal with such unprofessional contractors and a company run by some extremely rude women who have no concept of customer service or even basic phone skills… surely Palomar must have some other choices for tile contractors in the Redding area. I am done with this company and would NEVER allow them in my home again.

We worked with Chuck (owner) on the tile and granite in our new home. His crew even set our stone fireplace and installed a painted ceramic mural in our wine room. Chuck has great vision; he and crew work to perfection. All the work was beautifully done with no mess left behind. Thank you for your wonderful work. Everything turned out beautiful.
