Merry Maids

My Dad passed away in January 2015. We paid over $ 500 to have Merry Maids out to clean an empty house in February. We were replacing the flooring so they didn’t need to do anything to that and they don’t do windows. When I saw the house a couple of weeks after it was cleaned, I wasn’t happy. I took pictures of the uncleaned lights, dust where they apparently rubbed the dust cloth quickly over and didn’t clean slats, dirt left in the window sills and many spider webs. One light they said they couldn’t clean because it was too dirty so we had to clean that too. I do apologize for not giving them a chance to come back and finish the job they started but we were moving on with getting the house ready to sell and ran out of time. Just wanted to let others know of our experience.

We used Merry Maids for over a year. At first I loved them! They did a great job. The cleaning girls and management were very friendly.
However, over time and after many changes in their office/​management, they were scheduling less time for the same price. New girls were scheduled every cleaning. Entire rooms would be skipped. They were supposed to deep clean a new room each visit. Our entryway was deep cleaned many many times, but our kitchen was only deep cleaned once.
