I called to get a consult and the secretary was very unprofessional. I waited for a phone call for 2 weeks, checking back once a week. they did nothing but apologize for not getting back to me saying that the attorney refuses to give them an answer to a specific question I had. They say they will get back to me when they could and if I couldn’t wait for that, then She is Sorry. I said «it seems like he is too busy» She responded very shortly with «YEP! HE IS.» All while Smacking what sounded like gum, maybe food? All in all I was not happy with the way she treated a potential client. I Cannot say whether or not this attorney is good or not, but with the way his secretary treats clients, It is not a good first impression.
