I LOVE this business. I went in there once because I had no time to get to the post office and I am so glad I did. They won my business instantly! They help with packaging, have boxes you can use, and they are just amazing all around. We now live across town, but I still use them because of their excellent service and helpful attitudes. Good bye post office and those horrible lines!

I came here just to have a document mailed by FedEx and was very impressed with the customer service. The employee here conscientiously took her time in helping me — making sure she was taking down the information accurately and ensuring that I was picking the right choice for my required delivery time and budget. I’ve been fortunate to have decent experiences with post offices, but the service here at Mail Biz goes over and beyond in terms of being personable, quick, and efficient.
If you live in the western Redding region, this is a convenient alternative to making the trek to the post office closer to downtown.

If there were 500 stars I would give it to this place. Hands down the best customer service ever. My daughter was selling some of her stuff on ebay and the post office wanted $ 90.00 to ship one of the items. Caught us waaaayyyyy off guard.
I wasted several days trying to find a solution and cheaper way to mail it. I stopped into the sister location on Hilltop and they told me to bring the items here (it is closer to my house).
They found a box (for free), filled it with popcorn (for free) and mailed the item for $ 38.00.
I won’t ever try to mail a package by myself again.
Over the top amazing place. Highly recommended.
