I have been taking my jewelry to this business for a very long time. I trust them with all of my jewelry when repairs are needed. They are always happy to clean and inspect my rings a couple of times a year so I am confident that I won’t loose any diamonds. A very friendly staff and will keep my business here.

I took my grandmother’s wedding set into Karat Patch to see if they could incorporate the diamonds from her wedding band into a new band for me, after being told by another jeweler that they «just couldn’t do it» offered up by a few other weird excuses. The customer service was fantastic at Karat Patch and the owner/​jewelry designer did it for me without any issues whatsoever! She even saved me money by incorporating the diamonds into my current ring without me having to purchase a whole new band! I was not expecting that! I give Karat Patch 5 stars and would give them 10 if I could.
