I recently went to JW Woods parts department and received such incredible customer service I had to write about it! I went in looking for a part for my leaking faucet and then asked about my toilet problem. Josh was so knowledgeable and demonstrated what I should do to fix my toilet problem. I’ve never worked on either issues before and with Josh’s help I was able to fix both myself! Thank you Josh for your help!

I met my plumber her last week to pick out a new kitchen faucet. The customer service that I received was amazing! They took their time and explained the pros/​cons of the faucets that I was looking at. They really knew and understood the products that they are selling (unlike the big box stores). If you are looking to replace/​remodel and need new plumbing fixtures and would like exceptional customer service this is the place!

I love supporting my local stores and the staff is quite knowable. They never make the DIY feel unwanted… however, how do you justify charging a walk-​in more than list price? I paid $ 21 for an $ 18 part. I bought the exact same part for a backup on Amazon for $ 8.99 (free shipping with Prime). Really J. W?

Completely agree with other reviewers — fabulous showroom and professional sales personnel. We are remodeling a vintage 1977 home and experiencing significant «challenges» finding parts and new fixtures that we could use with our plumbing. J W Wood had everything we needed to complete our project and WOW — what a great Showroom. I heard this company has been family owned for some 60 years and it shows. They know everything about plumbing!

WooHoo!!! This is plumbing supply heaven!!! Today was my first time at J.W. Wood Co, and I think I’m a little in love with the place! Not only was it open on President’s day, but they also had everything we needed for a new gas line installation… It was one stop shopping at its best! Finding the materials was fast and easy, and the guys behind the counter were super helpful. They also had a shower valve cartridge (American Standard) that has been impossible to find (until now, that is… thanks J.W. Wood!!!). I also have to add that the bathroom was surprisingly well maintained and smelled great… which isn’t always the case with construction type stores. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely (J.W.) Wood!
