Good doughnut and they have BUBBLE TEA! Just moved here from pdx and couldn’t find any bubble tea places in Redding on Unilocal except one that was terrible so now I am very happy! Tried the strawberry and mango next for my favorite strawberry/mango lol. Strawberry was the better of the 2 though.

This place has the styling of Alice’s Diner which is to say, outdated and a bit tired looking. That being said, the donuts were adequate and the apple fritter tasted exactly the same as Heavenly Donuts… no better or no worse. The price was bit on the high side. I expected cheap donuts that tasted great. Instead I was treated to slightly overpriced donuts that were just alright.
Wherever there is one review on Unilocal for an establishment, and the review is perfect, I fear that it is the owner, employee or completely wrong and in the case of Doughboy Donuts, this proved to be true.
