Walking Distance from comfort suites, delicious made fresh lunch and dinner options. I loved all their sides and every sandwich I had from turkey to the egg salad was delicious. Tip to dills: remove the chopped up bacon from egg salad and just have it as an option to add. I prefer it without and like a meatless option

The sandwich we had was sooooo good I forgot the name but my mouth is still on fire from the green Ortega peppers. The meat was tri tip and the white BBQ sauce was outstanding. If it wasn’t for the bread the sandwich would’ve been a 9 but the wonderful large crunch fresh roll wade it 10+++!!!

My all time favorite sandwhich stop in town. The Dirty Pig is mouthwatering. ONLY reason they didn’t get 5 is the rare occasion my sandwhich had NO sauce, and the sauce makes the sandwhich.

Ok I absolutely LOVED the food no doubt they know what they are doing. One thing that threw me off was the attitude the pierced up cashier gave me when I came in, she started with a stern ‘do you know what you want.’ I was kind of baffled because I’ve only heard good things about this place. 2 stars for the perfection food, I would have given more but even the server was rude, no smiles, just a dark and gloomy place as far as customer service stands.

This is my new favorite BBQ restaurant in Redding. Amazing Tri-tip, pulled pork and pork loin sandwiches! My wife and I originally found out about this place because of their build you own salad menu, you can basically put whatever you want on your salad and its a full meal. But after trying their BBQ sandwiches I rarely go back for the salads. I haven’t tried the BBQ dinner plates or the Deli sandwiches yet, but I’m excited to. The ambiance is nothing special and the service can be lackluster sometimes but its worth it for the amazing food. I hope this is a restaurant that sticks around for a long time.

As I walked into the deli, the delicious smoked smells greet you at the door. I ordered the pastrami and smoked pork with bacon on sourdough rolls. Talk about mouth watering and tender. The right about of meat, cheese, and condiments on a freshly baked roll. Just yummy. Also ordered baked beans and macaroni salad. Definitely homemade with quality in mind. This was not store bought and repackaged when ordered. Great complement to the sandwich. The staff were friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have and there were many. Can I do this? Yes. Can I do that? Yes. Very accommodating and did not mind substitutions. Certainly have added this place to my list of definitely will return to when in the area.

Meh… $ 11 for a sub. Not really worth it. I mean it’s good bit is about an 8 inch sub, not a foot long. On subways level of freshness. Bread is a little higher quality than subway. But still not worth $ 9 — $ 11 for a sandwich.

Ordered the 2 Meat Combo(tri tip and pulled pork) the meat was cold if had a microwave I seriously would of used it. The combo came with 2 sides(chose baked beans and potatoe salad), the beans just like the meat cold, again good but cold and again not happy. The potatoe salad and dinner roll was great no complaints. Was it worth $ 22… Heck no! The portions of meat were maybe enough to feet a squirrel seriously) however the pulled pork being cold I would say that’s the best they probably have to offer. Read the other reviews– they are true. Come here again? NO Recommend? NO

First and only time ever. I mentioned to the young lady working that it was my first time in and if she could recommend a sandwich. Well she was not very welcoming and answered by asking if I knew how to read because the menu listed every thing they served. Well alrighty then so I made my choice placed my order and it took so long to get out i considered walking out but I was so hungry. When I finally got the sandwich It was well just edible. I hope nobody shared this experience for it was uncomfortable and very disappointing.

The only place I buy prepared food is at dills deli. The food is always top notch and the girls that work there are always friendly. My favorite day to go is always Friday. Kristen is awesome and always remembers my name and what I like. Shelby is even better and she is the cutest thing since baby shoes.

Took a quick stop in Redding while heading up to Oregon. If you’re doing this drive, definitely stop here! We had the Dirty Bird, the Pig Vicious, and the Dirty Pig. All of them were delicious.

Ok, I’ll start with the bad: The restroom. And not even that bad, but lots of room for improvement. It smelled great! Really, it did. The tp dispenser was crooked and stingy. One sheet at a time does not make me happy. No place to set my purse, but the pic on wall was cute. As stated in other reviews, I have worked in restaurants and delis, so I am picky about my sandwiches. Today’s pastrami on dutch crunch was amazing. As for other reviews about service, the folks behind the counter were busy as usual, and there is always one grumpy puss in any crowd. I couldn’t find one today, but the last time I was here I did get the less than happy camper. Hey! Food service is hard, and unless you have done that job, keep your pie hole shut. My saying is this: Hungry people are not happy people. They’re hungry. The new buzz word is hangry. A cross between hungry and angery. Very fitting. So, in closing, 5 stars if the potty is improved or they start carrying Pepsi.

The sandwich was delicious! Best around but unfortunately the service is horrible I came in around 7:00 and literally stood at the front until a girl walked up and asked«are u ready?» Then the other heavy set girl who took our order was just completely rude and dident even say high or smile she just looked miserable like she hated her job. I really wish they change this, because this place is definitely a good dive.

Stopped here for dinner as we were staying the night in Redding. Was one of the best meals the we have had on our trip. The shop has a great feel to it and smelled wonderful. The ribs were great!

On a road trip to Washington and was craving a good sandwich and that’s EXACTLY what I got. Good ingredients meats are thick and the bacon is legit. If I ever make it this way again I’m definitely stopping here.

Great beans, great side salad, great pulled pork, great tri tip, good chicken. My gal liked her cobb salad. The service was good in the casual setting. I would have given another star but they were out of ribs. A BBQ place should never run out of the bread and butter! But we will be back. Give em a shot, very good place!

Amber helped us order and was really friendly. She also split our order for us. We had more than enough food. We had the 3 meat dinner. We chose ribs, pulled pork and chicken. Our sides were cole slaw and beans. The ribs were incredibly tender. The pulled pork and chicken had lots of flavor and were juicy. Everything we had was homemade, including the sauces. The white sauce went really well with the pork. Nothing fancy on the inside. Just great quality BBQ cooked with oak. Can’t beat this place. A+
