My realtor, Sandy Duggan, with the Corey Meyer team was excellent. He had my home sold before we had the post and shingle in the front yard. The price and valuation were spot on, all transactions were seamless and he communicated with me daily. He also responded quickly to any text or call I made to him. He was very personable and showed care and concern for getting me the best price possible. Also, he went out of his way to find a licensed contractor to do some small repairs that were requested by the inspector. I would highly recommend this agent at Corey Meyer.

We had an awesome experience with real estate agent, Sandy Duggan. We got the house we wanted well below listing price and had got great service. When we sell or buy again we will definitely be going to the same place for our real estate adventures.

Not impressed! They changed transaction coordinators on us 3 times. We never knew who was handling the sale of our home. No one ever told us hey were passing us off to someone else — found out when we got a new email. Lack of communication. All the way around, other agents and lenders all told us things were being held up because of Realty Executives and their office staff. Told multiple times by their staffers that they weren’t in the loop and needed to get back with me. Very unprofessional throughout entire process. Will NEVER use again. Will NEVER recommend. WILL tell everyone I know to go to someone else. Our closing had to be extended twice due to their lack of communicating with buyers agent. We signed paperwork and it wasn’t forwarded until almost 2 weeks later — hence, the delays and extensions. We closed 2 weeks late and took on extra costs due to Cory Meyer and his team. Even on the day of closing, got a call from their office that there was a ‘glitch”. Not a happy customer. *Found out a week after moving that there were 2 other offers in on our home that we were never informed about. Possibly could have gotten more for our home, if not, would have been nice to know in case the deal fell through. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

Reality Executives team is just that a «TEAM» I have never experienced anything like it above and beyond with prompt and quick service. Working with them in purchasing my home and there expert help and knowledge. Has truly been the best experience ever. Special thanks to my realtors Colleen and Bridget. The diligent looking and care of looking for my dream home has come true.

We have listed multiple homes with Cory’s team. When struggling to finish off the sales in the last subdivision we built Cory’s team took the listing and was able to move the remaining inventory in 60 days with 60% of the buyers being brought by his team.

My husband and I were very disappointed by the representation, or lack thereof, we received with them. They were not good at keeping us informed on what was going on and wouldn’t try to negotiate with our bank for us at all. A good realtor would call on your behalf and often can negotiate better than if you were to call yourself. I agree with a previous review in that they seem to be more willing to side with the buyer. I guess since they weren’t going to get a huge commission from the sale of our home we weren’t very important to them. Very lazy.

We were very pleased with their services & the staff was wonderful. Sandy Duggan was our listing agent ~ he was spot on with the listing and our house sold in 6 days! His assistant Carol was right on top of all the paperwork that ensued thru the process & was such a pleasure to work with (as was all the personnel in the office). I HIGHLY recommend them.

If I was to do it all again I would not go with Cory

And I felt this agency was on the buyers side except the seller (me)
Cory is known in the local real estate world as someone who low balls the market value just to sell a house.
