We have taken two different computers to Castle Computer Systems over the years to have work done. They do a great job and are honest with estimates and how long it will take to fix. I trust them 100% to never overcharge or recommend work that isn’t necessary. They are very easy going and their prices are very reasonable. Definitely give this place a try if you’re in need of computer repair or just need computer advice.

Wasn’t open when it was schedule to be. Later found out it went out of business. didn’t see any sign posted. wasted 3 hours waiting for it to open.

Ken is very honest and did a great job of fixing my laptop. He was very nice and very professional and had my computer fixed within a couple of hours! I will definitely return for any more computer issues and I would recommend that everyone come here, as well.

the owner here is very knowledgeable and friendly. He took my son’s computer apart, cleaned it, and carefully wrapped the components for shipping overseas. He exceeded my expectations and charged a reasonable price and did some things for no additional cost. If anyone asks me where to go for any computer issue I would not hesitate to recommend him!

I went in looking to get some data off of an old hard drive. A case for a hard drive was $ 75 at Best Buy but Ken showed me how to do it with $ 10 worth of parts. Great service!
