Anderson’s is amazing!!! I went there last minute because Devon’s Jewelers failed me last minute. Anderson’s came through with a custom engagement ring in the eleventh hour!!! I had less than two weeks to get a custom band and ask my girlfriend to «marry me» in Cancun, Mexico. They worked fast and efficient and had the custom ring earlier than expected, it was absolutely perfect! I worked with the owner Teresa and believe me, she is amazing at her job!!! The ring was a little more expensive, but the side stones were higher quality compared to Devon’s, so worth it in my opinion. Anderson’s is the only place I will go for jewelry now:)

A little over 12 years ago, I had a custom wedding set made for my now wife and asked her to marry me. Since, we’ve never had it worked on. Well, it really needed it, and I took the set in to Anderson’s. They are the only jewelry store in Redding with a jeweler on staff (!). Steve did such a great job on the set, which is platinum. I highly recommend them. Very trustworthy people with a flair for excellence.

I am more impressed with this company than I have ever been with a jewelry store before. My fiancé and I moved up here from Sacramento where there is a wide selection of stores to choose from. I have had rings that have been passed down from my deceased father to myself and my fiancé and not only were they rather old, but they have been molded and remolded numerous times throughout their span here with my family. Now that they are with us we wanted to make sure that they were in good shape, so when my fiancé got a crack in his ring we took it into this store and they worked wonders. First they just fixed the ring, molded it back together and the price was amazing. However because it had been shaped so many times Anderson told me that there was a possibility that at least half of the band would need to be replaced in order to get a good seal and a lasting effect. Sure enough the ring started to crack again, so they fixed it and the money that I paid before went right to the money that was paid to fix the entire ring. Being a gold piece I thought that it was going to be much more expensive that it was and most places that I called around to were charging twice what Anderson was charging. They are a friendly and family like environment. They care about their customers and for as long as I live up here I will be apart of the Anderson jewelry family! They have made a life long customer out of me! They helped me keep a cherished part of my father so that I am able to pass it down to my children in the years to come!

I have had very limited experience with buying any sort of jewelry. Since Valentine’s day was approaching quickly, I decided to purchase a gift for my lovely wife. I did a little bit of research online and ordered a necklace on eBay from Anderson’s. From the beginning, I was speaking with a nice, sweet and caring person named Sarah. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure the necklace was delivered on time and waived the shipping charge to save me a few dollars. There was a hitch where the item was delivered to the wrong address. Sarah worked with me so closely and intimately to get the issue resolved to the utmost level of satisfaction. With today’s dismal and abject condition of customer service, Sarah and Anderson’s are the epitome of superb customer service with their impeccable and top-​notch professionalism. Sarah even suggested what items would be desirable to purchase based on her own preference. I mean how often people would take the time to do this? I am ranting and raving about this fine establishment and I hope to continue to be a staunch patron for years to come. Thank you, Sarah.

How do you choose a place to create a custom engagement ring? It’s one of the most cherished and meaningful pieces a woman will ever wear and you want it to be perfect. My boyfriend (at the time lol) and I went to Anderson’s and found the BEST people to help us create this piece! Teresa was absolutely phenomenal and we knew we could trust her with this very sentimental task.
The process to awhile, 3 months, but that was our fault not hers. She was unbelievably patient through our 8 changes we made to perfect the ring. My OCD tendencies made the process take longer than most, but the ring in the end was absolutely perfect. Being able to see renderings and even try on 3D molds of the ring along the way helped us create something truly wonderful! I have posted a picture of the ring and my fiancé right after he popped the question in Tahoe. I will post more that show the unique and intricate side detail once we take our engagement photos… my iPhone couldn’t capture the stunning work they created for us!
I can’t imagine going anywhere else now. The personal and enriching experience has sold me on custom jewelry and on Anderson’s…

I went to Anderson’s Fine Jewelry of Redding because, quite frankly, it was the only store open on a Saturday. I could not have been happier with my experience here!
I bought some earrings from India and as it turns out, the back of one was too big and would have ripped my ear if I tried to wear them. I took them to Anderson’s hoping they could replace the back but they said they couldn’t. I was so bummed out.
Instead, they took my earring and shaved down the back so it was slimmer and fit my ear. They took time to make sure it was done right before handing it back to me.
Price to pay? $ 0.00. You just can’t find good-​hearted business folks like this any more, especially in this economy. I was extremely happy with my visit and vow to go back there should I need any more repairs.
It wasn’t just that they didn’t charge me, it was the positive and warm attitude and the fact that they didn’t just turn me down but tried to find a way to help me.
Bottom line — go here, you won’t be disappointed.
