Just wanted to thank the guys at Allianz for their awesome customer service! This was a great experience from all the e-​mail/​phone reminders to the guys that came out and did the job. I can defiantly recommend these guys for your next job.

It was cold last night. I don’t do great in the cold. My chubby poodle does not like the cold. We got tired of our poodle sitting in front of the space heater and taking up all of the heat, so we called Allianz.
First off, the young lady who answered the phone was polite, patient and asked all of the right questions. At first there were some scheduling conflicts, but she said that she could get someone out the same day. VERY EASY to talk to!
Later on, the young lady called and let me know that the technician, Robb, would be out shortly.
I’m only good at a few things in life and HVAC is definitely not one of them. I know less than nothing about the subject. Robb could have told me that Larry the Magic HVAC Goblin had turned off the mystical AC valve and I would not have known the difference.
Long story short, there was one tiny little adjustment that needed to be done, and boom Robb was out the door to save someone else’s day.
Robb the technician was EXTREMELY personable, polite and professional. He took the time to explain everything in simple terms.
While I didn’t have the most technical issue, Robb didn’t talk down or make me feel like a moron since it was such minor issue.

Our experience with Martin Graeff and the staff of Allianz was 100% positive. We had settled on another company but knew it was wise to get a second opinion. The huge number of positive reviews at Angie’s List made us choose Allianz. We immediately learned a lot about HVAC units, but also the connections to the duct work. Everything Martin said checked out logically and when I researched his facts online. I actually expected a high price for this kind of knowledge and service, but we got a better deal than expected, and less than the other business quoted us. The installation was smooth and professional and was completed in a timely manner. I’m the sort who chooses the best professional over the best deal, but in this case I got both.

These guys really took care of us fast! They tried to fix our a/​c as least expensively as possible, when that didn’t take they replaced our unit very quickly. Thank you Allianz for your speedy service, your customer service is top notch!

I had a tech come out on the same day as I called. Robb was the name of the tech. He was smart and professional. He fixed my central a/​c very quickly and replaced the filter as a service. It will be triple digit weather this weekend, so I am beyond elated. Thank you Robb, and Allianz.
