Went and had our sonogram done at Advanced Imaging recently and it was a very delightful experience. This is our second child, and the first time we went to a competitor across town on Court Street and had a very negative experience, so this was very refreshing. The technician was very nice and very accommodating. She explained what she was doing and made sure the whole family was comfortable. I like good customer service and experience, and we got it at Advanced Imaging… thank you.

Advanced Imaging makes getting scans a delightful experience rather than a scary dark event. Everyone in the office is very professional and yet they treat you like a cherished family member. Even the gentleman(Ny) who called to remind me of my upcoming visit was wonderful. His attitude and tone made me look forward to my visit. Keep up the good work A.I.

When walking in we were meet by a friendly staff. You get the felling that the equipment was all the latest and not all worn out. I was spot on when walking in the back, saw that everything was so modern. My past experience with previous CT Scan and MRI services made me feel like a cow in a press chute waiting to be vaccinated and dehorned!

The medical staff was professional and the quality of the work was fine. My low rating comes from the financial end of things. They wanted my co-pay up front and I paid it. On June 13, 2012 I received my explanation of benefits from Anthem and saw that I owed less than I paid them. I have sent them my EOB and the receipt from my payment and requested a refund. It is now August 3rd and I have received nothing. I will be calling on Monday to try and resolve. I should not have to chase them down for my money. I paid promptly — they need to do the same in return.

I had to get another MRI today. Don’t ask. Anyway, they tell me on the phone that my MRI is at 7:30AM sharp, so I should show up at 7:15 to get the paperwork stuff out of the way. I show up at 7:10(that’s how I roll, at least when I’m on my own) and at 7:15 the building is still dark. I call at 7:20 and the answering machine picks up and says they open at 7:30. At 7:40 the lights inside the building go on. I go inside. After I complete the paperwork in less than 60 seconds — a checklist on which I confirm that I’m not pregnant and don’t have a metal plate in my skull or any robotic vital organs — the receptionist tells me to cool my heels because the MRI technician doesn’t get to work until 8:00. You see what I’m talkin’ about? You see where I’m goin’ with this? So far this is a one-star shop. Luckily for Advance Imaging, my MRI technician was a five-star babe, so she earns them an extra star even though her comeliness has nothing to do with anything except ambiance, and even though she declined to hold my hand and stroke my eyebrows throughout the procedure. I think she saw right through my faked nervousness — I happen to be the polar opposite of those MRI-machine-claustrophobia-types. I could lie in that tube with my headphones on and listen to tunes all morning long, drifting in and out while the machine rattles and moans. My last 15 minutes at AI were almost blissful. Advanced imaging, if you give my surgeon some good news, I might cut you some slack and revise my review here. But seriously, the scheduling thing was a stinker.
