Missing the islands? You have got to try this place! Authentic island taste, fresh and delicious! One man show but still super quick without compromising quality. Will definitely be coming here again, he even ordered us fresh poke from the islands that will be here in a few days!

Enjoyed the island food and spirit of Keith. Had the kalua pig with mac salad and rice. It was just like being home in the islands. The loco moco and grilled chicken salad was tasty too. Looking forward to visiting again. It is hidden and out of the way but a must for lunch. Hope to see him at the Sacramento Aloha Festival in October. He would be a welcome addition there.

By far one of the worst catering operations ever. We had this company cater our wedding this year, he showed up late for the event, the menu was roast beef with with au jus sauce, seasonal vegetables, and potatoes au gratin. The roast beef was the driest I’ve ever had. The potatoes were tasteless, cold and stale already, even though he claimed he would prepare everything onsite. the vegetables were undercooked and far from fresh. Even the salad before the meal, had no dressing on it hardly. The«artisan» bread, which was supposedly ordered from San Francisco tasted like something he bought from the 99 cent store. Overall his service to the guests, was less than average, his staff had little to no experience, since he used students from local junior colleges. He is overpriced, and under delivers. He promised a full service«one stop shop» type of experience, but didn’t follow through with half of what he promised, and what was spelled out in the contract. for the quality of service and food, he is very overpriced, claims to have a background, but exhibits very unprofessional conduct, Including poor communication, an overly lax and careless attitude towards important details(never even visited the site beforehand, as he communicated he would prior to the event). He should stick to the little basement kitchen he works at in the bottom of a Caltrans building, serving soups and salads to state employees. That is what his skill set is adequate to handle.
