I went in for an oil change and when I left, my headlights no longer worked. I took my car to my usual mechanic, and he said the hazzard light switch had been stolen. When I returned to Kwik Kar to ask about this, the owner was very defensive. I called the police, but no evidence equaled no case. I contacted the BBB, but Kwik Kar is not a member of the BBB, so they could not do anything. I keep my car locked. Kwik Kar was the ONLY people I gave access to my car. I truely believe the person that worked on my car stole a part he needed from my car and the owner never even offered to question any of his employees.
Disgraceful!
