C A Nails

My daughter and I were in town for a family Thanksgiving and ran to get our nails done. I got my nails filled and painted and was completely satisfied. The color I chose was lighter and my technician applied 3 coats. Very impressive. The paint job was perfect! My daughter on the other hand who is 16 and had I realized what was going in I would have walked out! My daughter wanted her current set soaked off and a new set done. Her technician told her, no I’m just going to give you a manicure it’s healthier for your nails. Then that is exactly what he proceeded to do. Her cuticles were painted over. He spilt the nail polish. Her nails were not completely painted and chipped before the day was even over. This place was filthy with actual nails trimmings lying on the floor. The nail polish station was disgusting, no organization and a very limited selection. I will not be going back and if I would have had the opportunity to address the issue of my daughters experience I would have.

Decided to give this place a try and made an appointment. I walk in & let them know I had an appointment and sit down. That was the last they spoke to me. I waited for 20 minutes and there was no apology for the wait, nor any acknowledgement that I was waiting. Would have been nice if they had even given an ETA of when My turn would be. Finally I left & went down the street. Thanks for wasting my time. Place was not upscale in the least. Unfriendly.

Only been here twice so far and haven’t had a bad experience yet, never a long wait and quality service for a reasonable price, my nails always last long and are durable.

The best! Gorgeous nails– pedicures with hot stone massage. Very clean and friendly. Best spot in this area!

This nail place is awesome! They can do any kind of design you show them. They are very nice and they know what they are doing.

I came to texas on vacation to visit family. Needed a fill and was very nervous to try a new nail salon. Came here because my cousin gets her nails done here. They greeted me very friendly when i came in and treated me as if i was a longtime friend! Very good customer service. Prices were reasonable. The shop was beautifully set up & I felt relaxed as a vacation should make you feel. If You’re in Texas, this is the salon you must stop by!
