I lived at Green Meadows for 1 year and it was a great experience! If it wasn’t for me purchasing a home, I would still be living there. Everyone at the office has been more than pleasant, helpful, and very understanding. I was forced to move out to this area for a new job and only had a few weeks to find somewhere to live. They were quick with finding somewhere within my budget that had everything I wanted! Off street parking, quiet neighbors, in home laundry, you name it — they have it. I have only had to call once for a repair and they were extremely speedy about fixing it. Definitely would recommend Village Realty to anyone that wants stress/drama free living. One of the best landlords I have ever dealt with!

I have lived at one of their properties for 7 months now. I haven’t had any problems besides our upstair neighbors who got evicted. I don’t like that they don’t offer recycling but I like the off street parking and the rent is cheap. They also have laundry facility on site so I don’t have to drive to the laundry mat. I recommend for anyone looking for a cheap place to rent

I have lived here for 3 years now. Had a few issues come about during my stay, I contacted management and the problem was fixed, next day! The main reason I rented here was the prices were the lowest I could find in town. Overall for the price and the speedy service, I can’t complain!
Ps you won’t find a cheaper price in town, look for yourself!

Here’s my update… waiting until I moved out and received my security deposit back before posting this. I posted an upload of a letter I received and was shocked when I read it. I have removed my personal information to protect my privacy. I never had a bird or any other pets. This letter shows what kind of «business» Village Realty is!
