This is the WORSE dealership, BAD customer service that we have ever experience. They force a Lemon of vehicle on my daughter and told her that the vehicle was in perfect shape. And has passed all inspections (Emissions, State) When they check her credit they knew she could not afford this vehicle. But when I (mother) called to talk to them, they told me too bad she signed on the dotted line, her lost, very RUDE, call us lairs. And the Manager then THREATEN us that they would put my daughter in JAIL for not taking the vehicle. And now the same vehicle, a year later Can’t pass State Inspection. It has a long list of things wrong and she only has gone 30,000 miles more on the vehicle. How did this vehicle pass the State Inspection last year to sell this vehicle??? Something smells fishy??? This is really a Bad Used Car Dealership

My overall experience with Red Lion Apple Ford has been outstanding. The buying experience (from Luke), delivery, and regular service can’t be beat. I’ve owned over 15 new cars from various brands and this dealership has been the best.
