If you’re looking for a great deal on a whole/​half-​pig, look no further. I’ve been buying pigs for my family for a few years in order to reduce our consumption of hormones/​antibiotics and the pig we got from Malafy’s a few weeks ago has been amazing. Sourced from a local 4-​H and trimmed perfectly, every cut we’ve had from the chops and Boston Butt to the ground pork has been perfect. Chili popped with a meaty, delicious pork flavor while the chops were tender and rich yet clean tasting (if that’s possible.) We can’t wait to order our next pig after deer season (Jan. 2).
