Bella Fiori of Rhinebeck

Used Bella Fiori for my wedding after they came highly recommended by the wedding venue. I’ll start with the positives: things Tina is a true artist, with an eye for beauty and colour that really shined through in her arrangements. I loved all the arrangements and bouquets that she did, so meticulously and to my liking.
The negative: I’ll agree with the other reviewers:. She was rude and difficult to work with. She was downright abusive to my parents in several exchanges to the point of being insulting. She was combative right up until the last night we needed to work with her, at our rehearsal.
I don’t like to post negative comments about small business owners, but I’m hoping that if Tina is to continue being in the business, that these reviews help her organize and get her people skills in order. In the final weeks before my wedding, when life was stressful to begin with, exchanges with Tina were a big source of unnecessary stress.

Don’t consider going here on a walk in or last minute basis. The owner was argumentative, combative, and generally unhelpful.
They may have a great contracting /​planned service, but don’t waste your time on a walk in.

Used Bella fiori for our wedding. Tina was very nice but never able to answer questions and was doing a million other things when we had a meeting that I drove from DC for. It was obvious that she had taken on too many other obligations. Flowers on wedding day were beautiful. However they forgot flowers for the altar. Tina apologized and promised to refund us for the mixup, still waiting for check 5 years later. Plus for affordability and beautiful flowers but serious customer service flaws.

Bella Fiori went above and beyond when delivering a birthday flower arrangement to my step mother. The arrangement was so meticulous, beautiful and had a real personal touch. I am so proud to support local businesses such as this one! I will recommend them to anyone in the area. For large or small occasions the same amount of heart is put into everything they do.

Ordered for the housing director at Bard College… Tina was NOTHING but helpful, customer service oriented, and such a wonderful and easy person for me to work with!!! She is bending over backward to make my experience pleasurable! Thank you, Tina!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Their work is magnificent! Would do business with them a million times over!

YAY! Thanks to Tina at Bella Fiori for making my wedding day look like a million bucks. Talk about a gal who knows what she is doing… Tina knows all there is to know about all things floral and how to make it work within your landscape. She was a pleasure to work with– I am so grateful to have found her.
