My last visit ruined any chances of me spending any money here again. I get the same drink everytime. Ninja with two extra shots. I brought my punch card for a free one the other day and got the same drink. Then she tried to charge me a dollar for the extra shots. If I get the same drink every time, with the upcharge, shouldn’t I get my free one the exact same way? I’ve been a barista for years and I’ve never seen a company be that stingy. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

They are always happy to see me and my dog. They have great suggestions if you want coffee but aren’t sure exactly what you want. And they are very pooch friendly. I love this location and the other location. The staff is peppy and ready to take your order.

Yep. I’m with Michelle M. who said it takes just one visit to flip one’s opinion. Let me start by saying I LOVE Dutch Bros. Rather, I love DB Napa, Orland, and Redding. We have been to the Red Bluff location a few times, with no issues that I recall, but nothing stellar, either. We will never return to that location. We always order the same thing: a large triple Carmelizer for me(quad shots make me hear colors) and a large black iced tea with easy ice for my wife. When the employee handed my wife her tea, she noticed the cup was not full, and handed it back so they could take care of it. The employee explained that they would have to charge 50 cents for a «top off,» since it was easy ice. We both balked, and they went ahead and filled it at no charge, noting that different franchises have different rules. And they did not deduct for the missing shot in my drink, either, as they clearly have been doing at the locations we love.(Our order is always $ 7. Today it was $ 7.25.) Penny pinching is a surefire way to minimize profits; you can hold a lot more with an open hand. To the Red Bluff baristas: I’m sure you thought you were signing on with a cool company, and in some places, this is true.(Napa rocks!) My 2016 wish for you is a new position at Starbucks, where they know how to take care of people.

Delicious! Great prices. Drive thru runs smoothly and quickly. All the usual espresso drinks, hot, iced, or blended. Also some fun combos they created. You can add any flavor to their yummy blended coffee base or their energy drink. Staff is required to be extremely positive and upbeat, and they are. Music inside the building is often loud and they sing dance and laugh each time I’ve been. Looks like a fun place to work.

Dutch Bros Coffee is so overrated. Seriously it tastes like gasoline. It’s a huge hit in the Willamette Valley. I’ve nvr understood the attraction. I’ve even tried their chai tea w/an open mind. Yuk! Yuk! Yuk! The only cool thing abt thm is their Dutch Army stickers and Ts. Even thn, I won’t represent. Gimme Starbucks… if the world shld cm to an abrupt end, I wld compromise w/Java Detour or Human Being, NEVER go Dutch.

This is a review not on the product but on the soul of Dutch Bros. I have personally never had their coffee, but I have an aunt with cancer. They are donating all one day proceeds to her treatment. So I don’t care if the coffee tastes like cat urine, the barista is a condescending tween hipster, the parking is as bad as a trader joes and the price of coffee is equal to the price of the new iPhone. I’m buying that latte and tipping!!! Support the business that support our community, period.

Coffee is acceptable. Service is bizarre, like they are trying to be SOOOOOoooo hip. What isn’t hip is seeing girls butt cheeks from under their shorts that are so short you can see their pockets… Food health and safety? I just got back from WA where they have Bikini baristas, obviously it isn’t that bad, but they have to consider what kind of message it sends. The real issue here, THEYARESTINGY, and REALLYREALLYREALLY into overcharging. The reason I say this, they tried to charge me 50c for a «fill up» on an americano. Which is what they do when you ask for light ice to compinsate for the additional milk. But it wasn’t milk, it was water. I made a stink and they said,“hmmm. ya I guess your right” and changed it. They also charge 1.25 for a cup of water. They also will not sell you syrup in your own cup if you wanted to have water with syrup… the list gets more ridiculous. I won’t go back. All of the times I have questioned the policies, they have blamed their boss, or supervisors saying that they will get in big trouble. Shows the emotional maturity of the staff and training.

It’s funny how one visit can completely change your view and opinion of a business. So if I could do 0 stars I would do it in a heart beat. I drove up today with two others in the car. Each of us had a full stamp card. The order was as follows: 16 oz iced white mocha with white coffee and coconut milk 32 oz iced blackberry lime black tea 24 oz blended blackberry pomegranate blue rebel After handing the girl our cards she came back a minute later and said, «…Actually I’m going to have to charge you $ 0.50 because the coconut milk is extra… And I don’t want my boss to fire me if I’m not following the rules.» After she told me that I asked why I’ve never been charged extra for a free drink that had alternative milk before or what’s the point of using the free one? So… We politely paid the $ 0.50 and then we figured, «hey… We might as well bump that rebel up to a 32 oz and do the same with the coconut milk coffee.» That alone ended up costing them more than it would to just give me the damn coconut milk. So here’s a little something that Dutch Bros can maybe learn from this experience: — I’ve never been to a coffee shop that charges extra for alternative milk options when you receive your free drink. Not Starbucks, not the Human Bean, no From the Hearth… No where! — If you’re going to charge extra then be consistent about it. I was a very loyal customer and now I have very mixed feelings about this multi million dollar business who is going to make a fuss over 50 cents! By the way, the two other folks in the car with me are very active Unilocalers too and I’d be happy to encourage them to write a review about today’s experience as well.

Seeing all the great reviews, I just had to stop in to try their coffee. The experience of the drive thru was relaxed and non-intimidating. The baristas were friendly and it was a quick turn time. The coffee left me expecting more from the ‘kicker’. It was not bad but also not the best. Just a good middle of the road type of treat. This was my first experience so I may need to take another turn with the ‘911’.

Just drove through and either the person was having a bad day or just sucked at a barista it doesn’t matter. They were rude and snatched the money out of my had and pretty much shoved the drink back at me. I was nice and pleasant and ended up leaving in a bad mood… I’ll never come back!

Today was my first time at a Dutch Bros and I was impressed! The«bros» were Hella upbeat and had great energy, not to mention the coffee is awesome. As a barista myself, I was most excited about their hand tamping the shots; a sign of a true coffee shop. Open one up near San Francisco and ill be driving thru all day! Thanks for the great drinks guys!

Yay Dutch Bro’s my hero! Seriously I’m working on Antelope Blvd. in Red Bluff. Where there is a newer Dutch Bro’s location! I can not express my feelings of gratitude to this store. I run a small business on Antelope. Where I really can’t leave for long periods of time. So some of the other locations are just out of my reach! I am so thankful to have this location. It saves my day all the time. LOVEYOU Antelope Blvd. Dutch Bro’s.
