The Tasting Room

Did a wine tasting here and really enjoyed the experience. A bit pricey, but it’s quality wine. The atmosphere is perfect– the gray walls really give it an intimate, classy feel. I forget the name of the person who poured our wines for us, but he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive.

Mark & I enjoyed our wine– tasting experience. He had whites and I did reds. Brendon was interesting and knowledgeable. Faustini owners were pleasant and personable and we loved the tastings. My favorite was the Cabernet Savignon 1023.

Great find, recommend getting a tasting of both red and white flights. Left with the Cab Sav Play Date. Can’t wait to enjoy with dinner!

Could not have been more impressed or pleased with my experience at The Tasting Room. Owners Michelle and Anthony were friendly and super helpful as we were looking for a bottle of wine to bring to dinner with us. We planned to have fish for dinner so host Brendan walked us through a flight of their white wine offerings, the «White Chapter» (there is also a flight of reds offered.) We left with a bottle of their sauvignon blanc, «Beach House» for dinner and a bottle of their sparkling, «Velvet & Vinyl» to give as a gift, both at a very reasonable $ 35 each.
I left with a new favorite spot to stop at before or after dining in Red Bank. We will be back to try the cheese and chocolate pairings as well!
