WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER! I thought maybe the first time was a fluke, but I have had issues now three different times. It’s like they have no interest in doing anything to help you and if you ask questions, the immediate response is «siigghhhhh. Uggghhhhh». It’s truly unbelievable and I would rather drive into the city then come back to this location.

Not sure why my review keeps getting filtered but I have to say I have had the WORST experience at this location and for that matter, the customer service center of this company. We purchased two tables, a trunk, and a couch(as well as our baby furniture). After two months, the tables and trunk both began to form deep cracks on the surface. I was told I had to submit photos to have a «review done» on the tables. I sent in photos of the cracks and was told they would replace one table and the other two tables had cracks that should be «celebrated». Im not sure exactly how one«celebrates» a crack. Anyhow after going back and forth several times(with the store being no help whatsoever), they finally shipped out two more tables. The two we received were the small size tables, not the large size tables we had originally returned. I was then told I had to repackage them or take them to a ups center(being pregnant, this was completely absurd). After going through all of this, I only received a credit on my credit card for the small tables and not the original tables purchased!!! I am done with this company, the store, and the terrible quality of their furniture. Thanks again to the managers at this location for doing such a wonderful job helping me with my situation. Yuck!

I give it 5 stars because it is fun to browse through. I do miss Prown’s which is the original that Restoration Hardware is trying to create. I think there is a law that requires all rejuvenated downtowns to have a Restoration Hardware. Maybe it just feels that way. The store IS good for the town.
