Horrible is all I can say. Walked In there after I saw some really nice furniture on line. Rob helped me. He asked for my floor plans and then started criticizing the place where i am about to live telling me these were the worst floor plans he had ever seen and what a nightmare. He couldn’t help me furnish this place because it was so poorly laid out. And if this is my dream he is not going to help me fulfill it. Arent you an interior designer because that is what they do; help figure out tough spaces? He is was basically saying why would you even come in here before buying a place and even then dont come in here becusd i can’t help you. I couldn’t believe it. I had to sit down In another store to decompress after he upset me so much His excuse was his passion for spaces. Listen buddy, I got news for you. With the Internet you have a ton of competition and I don’t know how anyone could buy anything from you. Even another customer told him to get off his soap box. So embarrassing for them. Do NOT shop here even if they have quality merchandise. Many other options where you are not ostracized for needing some help. Horrendous experience

I used to enjoy shopping at this store as they do sell some unique items, though they are overpriced and you can find the same items cheaper online. Unfortunately they have lost me as a customer because on a recent visit the clerk behind the register was extremely rude and snotty. He didn’t even look up from his monitor to greet us as we entered, and when we inquired about the availability of an item it was obvious that he had no customer service skills whatsoever and obviously had no desire to build relationships with customers or even make a sale. I’ll never go in again and will tell my friends to avoid it as well.

Love this store! Unique items, and, great service. These guys really know what they are doing. If only my house wasn’t completely furnished… but my neighbor got her furniture from Red Ginger. I love sitting in her family room.
I especially love a French item, some sort of flower that one can spritz perfumed air freshener on. So different and a subtle, lovely scent.
