I feel sorry for this Domino’s location, ordered pizza over the phone for a pick up, went to pizza place for a pick up, first it took them 10 minutes to find my Pizza, Secondly, I asked for Napkins… the manager goes «we are out of Napkins for months now» and then I asked for red chilli peppers. he goes we dont have them either! I felt bad… I shouldn’t have tipped them… instead should have gotten them a box of Napkins and few packets of chilli peppers!

Waited an hour for my latest delivery. Nearly every other time I’ve ordered it’s come back wrong. The staff is absolutely rude and incompetent. I keep falling for convenience, but every experience has been far from that. I have hardly seen this amount of inadequacy from any other establishment. I’m done.
Surely I shouldn’t expect so much from a fast food pizza delivery chain.

Same problems as other posts. I waited for 1 ½ on a Thursday night at 8pm. I emailed corporate and got some bs email back. I will never order from dominos anywhere. Not worth it when there are so many better pizza parlors. I was going for fast delivery, which btw Dominos built its business model on. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this location if you really want Dominos.

I’ve had four issues with this store and every time it’s the same bull. I order it, it takes over an hour. When I call, they rudely tell me «it’s on its way». Then it takes another 20 minutes. When the driver arrives, they don’t apologize or say a word about it. Then I complain. Then the driver offers me a refund that never happens. Then I email corporate, get the run around. They tell me I’ll be contacted by the manager of the locally owned store in a few days. Nothing from them. I email corporate again. No response. I email corporate a second, third, and fourth time and get no response. I want my refund for the last four damn orders at this point. And not to mention they ALWAYS forget part of my order and the pizza is cold. I’m over this place’s incompetence.

This is the worst pizza place around. the employees are rude and not helpful. my pizza was burnt. I was told i would get my delivery when it was ready. I will never order here again.
