They absolutely crushed it. Went there with a small group and shared the Big Lou and the Mia Grace for lunch. Both are recommended items on the lunch menu. They’ve got a couple tables if you’re there with a small lunch group. We took home a couple items for dinner — bruschetta chicken, broccoli rabe, and potato croquette. Everything was fantastic. I can’t live with myself for living in Red Bank for this long and not giving them a shot. Go to Delfini’s. PS, dessert was great too

I like this place a lot. It’s so great when you come across a quality Italian deli like this. Their sandwiches/subs are AMAZING and HUGE; you can’t eat a whole one. The prepared foods are delicious as well. And they have a huge assortment of food. It is a bit pricey but you’re paying for the quality.

I just had the best cannoli and pizza of my life!!! The food is freshly prepared in front of you, so yes it takes a little longer but is definitely worth the wait. The staff is also really friendly and makes you feel like family. I will definitely be making a trip or two back there!!!

The St Louis roll was wonderfully fresh with a beautiful pesto sauce that added some amazing flavor to this great sandwich. The gentleman that served me was VERY polite, as was the cashier. They even suggested a great little park to enjoy my lunch at, overlooking the water nearby. Nice area and definitely a place I’d go back to.

Ok so I have been here about three times but my last visit was terrible so i have to give them 1 star. So I get there about 5:30ish on a Friday just to run in, grab some kind of chicken thing and then leave. I notice that the two guys working there are rushing around trying to leave and I instantly know they wanna get out of there since Ive worked in restaurants for half my life. Some kid with a bunch of Crossfit crap on reluctantly came over to see what I wanted. So I order this stuffed chicken thing Ive had before, tell the kid to heat it up and he blatantly ignores me and doesnt. He tells me the boss is eager to get out of there so theyre in a rush which is a total bullshit story. HE was in a rush to get out of there. So whatever I go to pay and its $ 14.56. I give this punk $ 15 cash and he takes it and closes the register. I tell him he forgot my change and he literally looks me in the face like the moron he is and says«Uh nah there was no change.» and walks the f– off. Just walks away. It was 44 cents so no big deal but it was blatant disrespect. He was a joke of an employee and should absolutely be fired. I wouldve dragged him back to the register if I wasnt in a rush but unfortunately I was so I left. I’m not saying not to try this place but if you do, punch the kid in the face with the crossfit hat for me.

Baked goods were pricey to say the least and quality was nothing better then many other similar establishments I’ve been to in the past.

For the $$$ I was expecting better and I SO wanted to love this place but unfortunately, I don’t. I went there for lunch and had a sandwich(The Godfather) for $ 10.95. They must sell the freshest bread to the bakery patrons, and save the older stuff for the lunch crowd. The hero roll they used for my sandwich was dry and crumbly on both ends … an indication to me that it had sat around overnight. I have many years of restaurant kitchen experience … I know old bread when I see it. As far as the rest of the sandwich goes, it was just good(needed some salt — no biggie), but Prosciutto, Fresh Mozzarella, and Roasted Peppers??? Every pizzeria or deli I’ve been to does a version of this sandwich, and some are better than others — Delfini’s just isn’t one of them. My friend’s sandwich, «Jeane», was mediocre as well. The other stuff in the deli case looked terrific but was insanely priced($ 7.50 per lb. for Meatballs? … $ 4.99 for potato salad? — really???) To sum it up, it’s pretty apparent that this is place, located near some of the most expensive real estate in NJ, is catering to an affluent crowd. But, higher prices and a beautifully appointed store don’t necessarily mean better quality. On a more positive note… everyone that worked there was extremely attentive and helpful, and you can eat-in.

Prices are INSANE. but excellent quality wraps, sandwiches, cutlets, etc. Party platters are so amazing — you’ll never be dissapointed with the freshness and quality of the ingredients.

This is a new place in Red Bank. I went there for lunch(take out). The best sandwich I have ever had. A little bit on the expensive side. Check out the baked goods.
