I really liked the fact that I could go close to home to get the classic Viva meals! Great deal, and good food. We loved the live music that was playing as well.

If you are looking for the old classic fine dining of the RCC forget it. What you get is diner food and diner atmosphere even the diner booths. Exeter Twp what a disappointment.

Glad there is a Viva closer to home but it needs improvement. We had loaded potato soup which was Luke warm, the server brought a new one which was hot but it had little taste. Chicken fingers as appetizer and they were good. We had the filet with mashed potatoes and asparagus. It was very good, the steak was cooked perfectly as were the asparagus. Mashed potatoes were good. We also had the Parmesan encrusted chicken and we were not too impressed. Chicken was dry and not flavorful. The worst was our dessert. We got the chocolate chip cookie sundae. One would expect a hot chocolate chip cookie with ice cream, right?! Nope. Rock hard cookies topped with ice cream and whipped cream. Really? They should start warming that up, it would be perfect warmed in a small cast iron skillet. We will try it again in a month or two, hopefully it will be better!

It’s about time Exeter has a nice restaurant! So glad to have Viva so close to where we live! Great food, great view and a great atmosphere! Perfect for a romantic date night!

First stopped by with a friend for a drink on a Saturday night. Sat at the bar with about 12 people around it, waited for 15 minutes with not even a hello by any of the three bartenders. I will say the atmosphere, bar and overall feel of the renovations were quite nice. Decided to try some options off the menu for takeout a few days later. Brought the food home and only half the order was correct. The Chicken Bruschetta Penne was made with rotini and over covered with bread crumbs. On the menu it specified that the dish was«new». Since the entire restaurant is new shouldn’t the entire menu be new? Also got a blackened salmon salad which was mistaken for a salmon entrée, easy mistake. We called the pub to let them know there was a mistake and was instructed to return it from a non-compassionate staff member. Upon returning the dish for a replacement was then approached with a voucher for a «mini-dessert» with the purchase of a dinner entrée. REALLY? To top it all off my 5 year old said he didn’t even like the chicken tenders and didn’t eat it. Needless to say we will not be going back nor recommending this place to anyone.

Awesome place for drinks and food. The margerita flatbread pizza and firecracker shrimp are fantastic. Great craft beer selection also. Friendly waiters and bartenders. Will definitely be back.
