Great place! Amazing wings and food! They refinished the entire restaurant and it looks great!

Okay, I teetered on 2 or 3 stars, but came back to 2. Let me start with the positives…“Don’t judge a book by its cover” The outside looks a little shady, but the inside is done up very nice. Wings «awesome» smoked all day, then fried to order. I also find «most» of the staff to be very friendly. So, you might say why the 2 stars. Here goes… Last time I ate there was on a Wednesday night during «Rib Night». The staff and patrons rave about rib night. Well I’m here to tell you, you can go ahead and skip «rib night». The ribs were tough, dry, and had zero flavor. I have eaten the Cuban (so-​so) and the cheesesteak is average. The other positive is they do make Orange Crushes, down side they raised the price to $ 8.50. Two more things… I ordered the Hawaiian Habanero wings (btw the only thing I order anymore), they came out as BBQ wings and the guy said «hey we screwed up your sauce and gave you BBQ wings, here is a side of the Hawaiian habanero sauce». Really??? Lastly, I see the owner at the bar drinking 95% of the time, and I don’t find that to be very professional.

Great service, great food. The Cuban is a good lunch and the chicken wings are worth a try although the spice could be a little more robust on the hot wings. Appetizers are interesting and good… try the volcano bites!

Just moved to the area and stopped in before to grab sixers to go (which they have a fair selection of micros and the typical popular brands). We decided to try lunch there this weekend. Our server/​bartender was super friendly and attentive. The décor was casual and clean and looked like it had been updated. The atmosphere included several large tvs, blues, soul and classic rock music playing, pool table, nice selection on tap and by the bottle. We got the Parmesan peppercorn wings to start and they were really nicely seasoned and were cooked perfectly. The fish tacos were good but my husband said he wouldn’t order them again. I got the Brisket Reuben and it knocked my socks off! They do their own brisket and it was fantastic! Their fresh cut fries were reminiscent of those on the boardwalk. Will definitely be returning for sixers on the go and yummy meals.

Awesome wings awesome service. Our server was Chris. We had the wings, ribs, and the untraditional Cubano. A must try!

Went on a Friday night in early June 2015 with several friends. Toward the end of the evening I asked for a water. The waitress was very nice to our face, but I saw her hand the cup to the bartender, roll her eyes and say «water». The bartender then put the cup to her mouth and pretended to spit in it. I kept watching her, to make sure nothing happened to my water. The bartender filled the cup, above bar level, turned to walk, holding the cup above bar level… then she stopped and lowered the cup below bar level for about 20 seconds. She then raised it up above bar level again and walked to the waitress to ask who it was for. She brought the drink to me. I was far back at our table and didn’t want to cause a scene or else I would have called her out on it. I don’t know what she did to my drink, but I never touched it. I emailed the establishment privately as
I did not want one persons poor actions to be reflected here… I emailed them twice, and never received a response. This makes me feel that the negativity goes farther than just this one bartender. It seems as though they only care enough to respond to a customer complaint on Unilocal.I will never go back, and I have relayed this incident to the ladies I was with that night as well as others in the community. Very disappointed to say the least.

I travel allot and try to find a comfortable place to dine without looking to the chain type places. A friend recommended this little place just a short hop from the busy center of town. The place was very clean and As I now understand had been taken on with new owners who renovated the entire venue. I sat at the bar and was quickly greeted by a very nice gal named Val. She knew I was not a local and quickly brought me up to speed on their place and what was on special etc. I ordered a draft of my favorite beer and the Rib Special. The beer came and they had me. I love my beer and one of my pet pieves is temperature. It was for lack a better term perfect. Amazing the difference in taste and enjoyment. She explained other have installed a system to ensure every glass is at the right temperature every time. Then the food came. A half rack of ribs and they were excellent. Hand cut fries, Winner. Before I was done they gave me a take out menu and asked how everything was and were truly wanting my sincere feedback. The owner even came out and engaged me in conversation about the work they did since taking over the business. They invited me to please come again I felt it was truly sincere. They wanted to make sure I was happy and that should be the desire of anyone owning a business. This is why I search out family run businesses. I will be back.

Stopped in for lunch. «We ran out of draft beer» was my greeting. Seems to lack management.
